What is the maximum number of people we can enter most nightclubs with if we have a table?

That's largely contingent on how much you will be spending. If you are looking for a minimum, rule of thumb is about 1 bottle per 3 people.If you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can't afford it! That being said, it's Vegas and doesn't hurt to try!
