Vegas Vet bringing Virgin

I've been to Vegas many times (its been 1.5 years since I've been though), but its my friend's first time. We will be there Weds-Sat, so what are the best clubs to hit Weds, Thurs, and Friday? It seems like lots of the clubs have changed since I've been there, so I'm just looking for some advice.

Also, what is one thing you would recommend as a must-see for a Vegas Virgin??

Weds- Light-
Thurs- Hakkasan with free entry on guestlist b4 12am
Friday- XS

On the one thing- are you talking like a general sight- Like the Las Vegas sign?

I'd recommend going downtown once f you have your own car, there are some cool new bars down there and just to a slice of old Vegas. Other than that a tour of the hotels is usually enough to overwhelm a first timer.

As far as must sees in Vegas, just walking the strip alone can be memorable. Bellagio has the botanical gardens and the fountains. If you're coming in the Summer, I recommend the Golden Nugget in downtown Las Vegas. Their pool has a slide that goes through a shark tank. If you stay there after the pool, you can also check out the Fremont experience where you can bar hop, watch the light show and live entertainment.

Thanks for the tips.. I am coming in January right before Superbowl Weekend, so no pools for us.

For the clubs you mentioned (XS, Hakkasan and Light) do they mostly play EDM? I don't think I can handle 5 hours of it and would def prefer hip-hop.

If you want some hip hop throughout the night, Hakkasan has a hip hop room and you would probably want to look at 1Oak or Tao on Thursday and Friday.
