Planning the next Vegas trip and milestone: NYE.
Looking at going out Sat/Sun (28/29) through Wed/Thur (1/2). Hotels are booking up so I figure I will add a few weeks lead time to my normal planning.
I know, this is an expensive time of year but, no reason to not attempt to be budget smart.
Looks like Light announced a three day set (M 12/30-T 12/31-W 1/1). What will Monday and Wednesday nights look like in terms of crowd and table prices? I expect similar announcments from Wynn/XS, Hak (outside of the CH announcment) and Marquee (outside Chuckie). Are these three days going to look like MDW or will Wednesday be National Hangover Day with the potential to score a deal? Will Monday look any different? I'd love to see Alesso at Light and might stick around if a deal could be had. Right now pre-sale looks like $50 - is that any indication of what to expect for BS?
It will be a minimum of 4 with potential to 8 - even ratio if that figures into the pre-sale vs BS calculation. (I can eaisly spend $100 alone on drinks but with the other half I'd expect pre-sale to be about $100 for 2 tickets and $150-$200 on drinks assuming no pre-game so around $300/couple).
We have decided to skip the club on 12/31 and wander the strip in the masses of people for "free" rather than be slammed in the club for $$$.
