1st timers to Vegas with wife - 10/29-11/2

We will be in Vegas from 10/29 - 11/2. This will be our first time in Vegas so we would like to check out the bar/club scene at least 1 night. We are bringing costumes (nothing extravagant - just easy super hero ones) so we can dress up if we want on Halloween.

I'm more of a beer guy and my wife likes to try different drinks, so I don't think bottle service would be right for us. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to where we should go that wouldn't break the bank.

Get ready for crappy beers at craft prices ;P

I'd suggest one of the multi-room clubs, this gives you the best chance to view a lot of what the club scene is about with different styles of music - Marquee or TAO might be good bets. If those are too over to top for you, a nice lounge/club might work too, maybe ghost bar.. your first trip to vegas is really all about finding out "which vegas" you like best... good luck!

Bottle service, you're mainly paying for the real estate. Not the value of the alcohol you drink. You can do $$ mins vs bottle mins and get beer buckets, drinks etc.. There are some clubs with cool small tables lower bottle prices. If you don't think spending 400-500 for the real estate is worth it, then understood. With that said, go to the GA friendly clubs, and lounges, check posts to weed some out. There's some clubs that really are only good with a table.
