  • Where to go??

My wife and I are staying at the MO from Wednesday, November 6th to Sunday the 10th. Celebrating my 38th birthday on the 7th. I know, not exactly the demographic that clubs are clamoring to get inside. We have that Wednesday and Thursday free of evening activities and were looking for a good dance club to hit on The Strip. Want to find a place that's good great music and won't rake the wallet completely over the coals. Close to the MO would be ideal. I was thinking about bottle service, but does that make sense for just 2 people? I assume it keeps us from standing in line for 5 days and gives us space once inside. Any places that don't have a 2-bottle minimum? Or any places that we could get in easier at in the normal lines? Definitely open to any and all suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Wed- Light for sure, a 1 bottle min should work (1 bottle 400-600 range here )
Thurs- Tryst has good deals, along with Haze, maybe Tao ( 1 bottle 300-500 range at these)

and you will find that the club is not as young as you think. Conventions, Industry proefessionals, locals, all 30-40+ go out and will be in the building, not like a city where everyone has kids by 5 kids by 21 and only the college kids party, you won't feel out of place at all....

        ^ Ditto.

I'd say the demographic of a club is $1K, and since you're staying at the Oriental, I think you're right there ;P

seriously though, Definitely do bottle service for the two of you - like Isaac said, you can do it pretty inexpensive at the right places and it sure is nice to have unlimited alcohol and a place to sit.

        (p.s. happy bday!)

Lord, my typing was Reedick, haha!! meant to say basically, there's a ton of 30-50 year olds partying in the clubs, every night. During the week, a lot of the Industry people are late 20s, 30s plus, and go out. I grew up in the Midwest and the clubs there are pretty much college kids and young singles, so I get the perception.

Does anyone have a table map for Light that shows the table numbers on it? I haven't been able to find one. I have seen table maps without numbers, but not sure how the numbering system is set up for the main level to even make a guess. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
