Vegas nightclub Itinerary - 1st timers Oct 30th-Nov 5th

Group of 4 heading over for our 1st trip from Scotland. We have looked into various nightclubs and come up with a provisional itinerary for the time we will be in Vegas.

Any help, advice, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Age group is 25-34 and we are all Male into most music more Top 40 Dance Hip Hop R&B.

We wanted to do table service at least 1 night however if anyone is traveling the same dates feel free to get in touch for sharing tables?

Wed 30th October - If we are up to it after long flight Light Nightclub (anyone have a contact for guest list or best way to guarantee quick entry?)

Thursday 31st October - Calvin Harris @ Hakkasan - (looking for best way to organize quick entry?)

Friday 1st November - Tao or XS split between tow clubs any advice appreciated on the better night and best way to get guest-list or quicker entry)

Sat 2nd November - Pure nightclub - V.I.P Table service via vegas.com? They are offering a deal which included the following Comp admission for up to 8 people, 2 bottles of Skyy Vodka or equivalent & mixers upgrades possible on night with tax and grat to be paid on night. Total price is $834 dollars? Is this deal to good to be true?

How many females/males in your group?

Given its halloween weekend I would just do presale tickets from wednesday-friday especially at those venues. Saturday you're set with the bottle service. Sunday you have hakkasan, xs and lavo to choose from. Monday you have XS and Marquee.

4 males. Pre sales purchased in advance of travel or when there? Is it a queuing system with them?

Yeah I would purchase them now. There is a chance they will run out of tickets and/or prices will go up on them the closer you get to the date. There is a separate line for pre-sale tickets and it moves fairly quickly, plus it guarantees entree to all the your friends and yourself, as long as you make it there at a reasonable time of course.

Only day you might get in free on guestlist is Sunday at Hak. Just because your 4 guys with no girls.
XS might do free entry on sunday/monday with even ratio.
Other than that I would buy presale tickets- make sure you print them out, come in dress code and try to arrive before 1130pm- headline djs are usually on around 1am.

-For anything without a table, see if you can just get tix online,
- options for Sun - XS/Bank, Monday- you can do Marquee

-Wed- Light we have been offering specials goose/moet $450, that's the best way., you can check back to confirm that week, will have to see how the demand is. worst case buy tix online to be safe,

-For that Pure deal you should be able to actually get that cheaper directly through a host, That deal is $395-495 so after all tax and tips to host you still should be out the door around $700-750

Yes - do NOT go pure. Its a bad choice. Especially through so called "VIP" companies. Never use those. Youve found this forum and this place has all the contacts you need so never, ever use VIP hosting companies.

So - Dont let those places decide your destination.

Friday: XS is much better than Tao. However you prefer Hip/Hop, top40 so if you're gonna let that determine, go Tao. tao is still brilliant, just XS is the best club in Vegas. I'd go XS.

Saturday: As I said, dont go Pure. Definately not. Its not "that" bad in that its still good compared to anything at home, however its a weak option in Vegas. Haze is better but still not up there.

This is your bottle service night, so do something big. You can get a 2 bottle minimum at Light and it'll cost you around $1300 between you. Do that i'd say. For something a little cheaper hit 1Oak - which is probably the best Hip Hop / Open Format club. Contact Joey Orr - you can get his details on here - and he will set you up with a 2 bottle minimum table. Again it'll end up around $1200 total, just pay an extra $100 each on Saturday night. It'll be far, far better than Pure or Haze, and remember Pure or Haze will still be about $1100 total once you include tax and grat and tips.

Sunday is all about XS or Bank.

As others have said, for the clubs you arent getting tables, pre-sales are a must. You will NOT get in free or guestlist anywhere as a group of 4 guys, especially on Halloween weekend in the US.

Thurs: Hakkasan
Fri: XS
Sat: 1Oak
Sun: Bank or XS
Mon: Marquee

Also - I suggest you shouldnt do all this. Ive been to vegas lots and always plan crazy schedules like this. When im there however i get into clubs at 11pm and feel appalling and have trouble drinking for hours and end up spending silly money even though I may not be that "up for it" and get tired and leave at 2-3. Its almost always my Saturday night that suffers after a heavy Thurs/Fri sesh. Dont make the mistake of spreading yourself too thin. Its all hugely attractive but youre only cheating yourself out of large amounts of cash by going mental every night.

Id suggest one of those nights you guys go easy and have a top meal, go to a few bars, hit the tables etc. Youll welcome it come the next night when your kidneys arent aching and you can stomach and hold down alcohol!

Thanks for the advice! We are sorted for table service at 1oak on sat night thanks to Joey Orr. I have been trying to purchase Pre sale for Calvin Harris Thursday 31st and Tao or XS for the 1st and having some difficulty understanding the types of tickets and where to buy them.

On the links provided on the thread I can see tickets for general admission is this the same as Pre-sale? Also Tao on Friday we can't find a link for tickets at all?
