I'm going to use the max of 3k for the 3 nights.

For Thurs you can go Tryst 2 bottles of Grey Goose for $450 or the 1 Grey Goose and 1 Moet for $300. Bobby Yeadon is the host you would want to contact.

Remember auto gratuity is usually 18-20% plus 8% state tax and depending on the dj they add a 10% LET tax (Las Vegas Entertainment Tax). Now add the handshake to the host who gets you the bottle deal (our group's rule is $100/bottle), plus $30 for busboy/runner and $50 for the bouncer/security to prevent bottle rats or pull in some ladies.

Using my tip structure above at 20% auto, 8% tax plus the other tips and no LET tax added the all in for 2 bottle Goose is $856 for the night. If you go 2 rounds of the Goose/Moet all in is $1038. 1 Round of this one is $664. I am not adding shots or anything else in the mix.

Now for the prime time weekend where deals like that don't occur...

May then want to just go $1500 Fri or Sat all in and $500 the other night or go pre sale tix both nights and just get drinks at the bar. You will probably save money this way. Say $20/drink+tip average so 50 drinks between 2 of you each night?

Something you may want to do to reduce drinking cost is get a free account on www.vons.com and have them deliver you alcohol, snacks, etc. to you. Free delivery first time and in July when I used this $10 got him to bring everything to the room. You set everything up online and set the block of time you want the delivery. Best $150 I spent. Was able to pre game and also fill the mega mug and walk the strip.

Have to remember tables are prime real estate and it costs money to park in that real estate.

Agreed. If it's $500 a night/per person, then you could totally make something happen. Look at non Tier 1 clubs like Tryst and 1OAK and you can find good deals, good table locations, etc.
If it's $500 a night/total, then you aren't going to get anything under that budget after factoring in tax, tips, etc.

Funny as it sounds, it can be done...
Thurs- Tryst do a $395 special or one bottle I think is $350-375 range
Fri/Sat - You'd have to do Pure/Chateau, they have a 400-500 two bottle vodka special at both, You really need to be at $600 out the door for these two to be safe with tax/tip. You can do 1 bottle mins prob at a few places Fri/Sat which include Haze/Tryst/ 1Oak/LAX/Bank.

It can be done.

I would lean chateau then pure.
Other list I would go 1oak, tryst, haze , and then bank

I've been going to SEMA for over 15 years and exhibited the last 5 years. Just to let you know SEMA parties are sausage fests LOL. They just started getting popular the last 5-7 years. Most of them you can get on the guestlists if you find out who is doing what. Just search the internet for SEMA parties 2013 if you dont know whos doing what yet. These are private parties ok. They are not open to the public and there usually isnt any Cover charge. Most club hosts wont even be promoting for them and the bottle service is actually done internally within the hosting company doing the party for some of them.
So to get in, you'll have to find the contact emails or phone number to get on those guestlists.
There will usually be at least 1-3 everyday from Tuesday to Thursday. You hardly will ever find one on a Friday.
Just to give you a head start, here are some potential companies that may host parties. Dub Magazine, Falken, ProMotion Distributing, Lexani, SEMA Industry, Ebay Motors, Formula Drift, etc.

I havent confirmed since I dont plan on going. LOL. But I think Honda is doing one at Tao on Tuesday. Sony at Haze on Wednesday. The best one ever, every year is the SCION party. If I was to go this year, it would be that one. haha. But that is also the hardest to get into and the date and location is hush hush most of the time. I stopped going last year to these things but the year before they were giving away bottles and bottles to every table IF you have the proper wrist band/knick knack that they give you. One year we were given watches and that allowed you to open bar and free tables all night.


Anyway, I used to try to hit up at least one per night and stay an hour or so to MINGLE with the people I know in the auto industry. After being in this industry for so long, I dont feel the need to rub elbows with anyone anymore so I stopped going. LOL. Its a waste of time IMO and its usually pretty boring. The only reason it could be fun is if you have your own group of people that you know thats going to them and you'll hang out and drink together.
I learned my lesson after a few years... I just skipped the SEMA parties and started going to regular clubs. More women and my friends and I have a better time.

But if you have never gone, try it out if your new to this. Check it out but dont waste a night hopping from one club to the other when theyre all going to be sausage fests.

If you want girls go where the Sema parties aren't haha! Seriously ratio pretty bad, I had guys here for them last year and we just went to a few early, then went to the club we intended by 11-1130. Chateau is a little tricky now, with it being cold, the rooftop parties in the Eiffel Tower will prob go away. If I had to choose and comparing insides, I'd prob do Pure to be safe. In terms of the other clubs, it depends, it's a toss up to me and you really have to just see what's goin on that day.
Thurs- Tryst or Haze, check to see if there's some kind of industry event
Fri - 1 Oak prob, then Tryst
Sat - Haze or Tryst, especially Haze if there's any kind of performer.
