  • Halloween 2013 - Hakkasan?

    Hi Folks,

A group of us (10 guys) from London are looking for a Halloween night to remember in Vegas. We're looking for a great atmosphere above all, maybe a bit of room to move/dance. We all enjoy EDM but won't rule out somewhere if it's playing something different.

We're planning on getting bottle service at Hakkasan on Thursday 31st but have read some mixed reviews and wonder if there is a better option out there?

We'd like to keep the night to around $4,500 total (including tips/grat, drinks, entry/table) and at the moment we're looking at bottle service in the Pavillion in Hakkasan. ($2,500).

    So a couple of questions...

    - Are there any better options out there for Halloween night? Any good deals out there?
    - If we go for Hakkasan shall we just book the table direct with the club or go via a host? If so, who?

Thanks for any help, counting down the days already!

Hey Moff. Welcome to the the forums.

I've done a table at Hakkasan once on the Mezzanine (2nd floor). It was the table directly in the center overlooking the dance floor. The area was very spacious and the view was beautiful. If you are going to go with a table and have a budget like that, I would highly recommend Hakkasan. If you are looking for more foot traffic and want a lower minimum, I think the Pavillion is a great option for you. I would suggest talking to Thomas Gordman and see what he can do for ya.

Tryst and 1OAK are also great options for Thursday. I am sure you can get some great bottle deals through Bobby Y (Tryst) and Joey Orr (1OAK). We have a lot of great resources on JC, be sure to browse around and use them to your advantage. Have fun!

Definitely book through a host (thomas gorman is great)
Question, why the pavillion and not the main room?

For Halloween night you basically have=
        XS-Kaskade
        Hak- Calvin Harris
        Surrender- Bassnectar

Light and Marquee will be closed.
XS and Hak will be very busy!
Surrender has a large outdoor area but Bassnectar should draw a crowd.

If you like Calvin you should go with Hak.
Keep in mind hak has a huge charge above min- 40% tax/let/tip
Hak is also a HUGE club with multiple rooms- I would recommend talking to a few hosts who work there and seeing what they are offering.
Keep in mind main room vs others- how far away. You could easily drop big $$$ with a non direct view of main room.

Thanks for the responses, great help.

DeX - the reason we're looking at the Pavilion rather than the Mez (or main room) is purely cost. We're looking at $4500 out the door maximum so think the Pavilion is our only option.

We're starting to think we might be better off spending our money somewhere else to get a better table and drinks deal for the same price. As the Pavilion (or worse) is our only option at Hakk it looks like we'll have to leave the table to see Calvin anyway.
