Can anyone give me some information about these clubs regarding summer bottle service price ranges/minimums? Or point me in the correct direction? I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Can you be more specific? As in weekend or weekday, holiday vs non-holiday, number of people in your party, budget, etc. That would help narrow it down.

Assuming the 4k budget is total (after taxes and gratuity) I would do 1,500 minimums on wednesday and thursday. Thats 3 bottles assuming you have 10-12 people max in your group.

Your wednesday options from what you listed:

Lavo hip hop wednesdays: Stage or dancefloor table
Surrender - early arrival hopefully an inside table towards the back if not it will be in that area that connects the gambling tables and the main room.
Act- dancefloor

During the summer Light has a party called Eclipse on wednesdays that is similar to XS' nightswim.

Thursday options from what you listed:

Tao - somewhere in the mainroom...sky box seems more likely.
Haze - not too familiar with haze
Surrender - they have splash dance party which is similar to XS' nightswim. You should be given a variety of choices since the pool area is huge.

Also would consider hakkasan on thursdays. 1,500 should get you mezz level or possibly an upper dancefloor table if it isnt too busy.

I would recommend checking out Tryst for Thursday night. Bobby Yeadon does smoking deals for 2 goose or 2 goose/2 Moët super cheap. Frees up your budget a little bit to go huge 1 night.
