Is Mix Lounge any good on a Friday night? Is there a live DJ and more of a party vibe or is it best to aviod if looking for that sort of thing?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

We are doing table service three nights out of 5 as well as a cabana at a pool party so the Fri night the group is looking more towards ultra lounges, bars with party vibes etc ideally with a dance floor.

Mix will have a live DJ (top40) and can get a pretty good crowd on a Friday night. It will be a more casual crowd, not the same as a club, but a great spot for the night you've described. They have a little dance floor and there will be small groups dancing from time to time. I like it for a laid-back night with an upbeat vibe.

Very laid back. I usually only go there for pregame and appetizers. The crowd trickling in as Im leaving has always seemed like older couples.

I was there on a Saturday in June and it was dead. The night I was there it would have been pointless to get bottle service. I would recommend going there once but certainly not three times in five nights.

Maybe misread your post? Maybe you were just saying you were getting bottle service three of your five nights but not at Mix?

Yeah...think they're doing bottles at clubs 3 nights and wanted 1 night more laid back. Honestly, unless I'm taking noobs for the view at Mix...I go to Cosmo for non-club nights anymore.

Chuck - that's correct - we're already planning table service at 3 different clubs on different nights and were looking for somewhere that was more chilled, but still had a DJ etc and where it is easier for a group of 5 or 6 guys to get in without having secured table service in advance.

I will have a look at the bars at Cosmo as they get good reviews on here.
