Clubs - Summer vs Winter

Quick question for you Vegas aficionado's: does your choice of clubs vary depending on if you are traveling there in Winter as opposed to summer?

Reading the forum for the last few months, I have noticed that a lot of the venues that are very popular amongst the members of Jack Colton have large outdoor areas. When the cooler months roll around, do you find yourselves changing your preferred venues to ones with larger indoor components, or does the weather not factor into your decision making.

I am heading to Vegas this December and am starting to figure out where I will be heading.

no but i definitely prefer summer in vegas. the hotter the better.

I can care less what month, holiday or non-holiday weekend, season, etc. The major clubs are always a good time. As long as I'm there, thats all that matters.

Personally I like May-Oct but even the trips we have done in the winter we still had a great time at the clubs.

No, you just tend to party harder because you're not saving yourself for the pools.

Ok, specifically, there are some clubs I don't like as much in the Winter vs Summer. The ones with attached pool areas. I love that area in clubs to get away form the crowd so watch out for those clubs because when they close the outside or cover them with tents, etc.. just not as good as in the Summer.

We usually end up going in January... started because my (now wife) did Miss America, and then we just started making it a reoccurring trip.

I have been in the summer and as far as nightlife, I've never noticed a dropoff of any sort compared to the summer months.
