Looking at doing bottle service on a Friday night or saturday night at Hakk or Marquee. Do these spaces allow for this many people (14 total. 1:1 ratio)? Also is there a minimum bottles required? Were looking at at least 2? Also is a 2k all in do-able with this many people or any specific ranges I should be looking at all in? Table location not as important as the people were with dont care for big name djs, but just wanna try the vegas vip experience.
BS for 7 guys, 7 girls price?

Hakkasan:
I'm pretty sure anything in the main room can fit this many people. I have not personally booked a table there on a Friday or Saturday night. I get the impression that the minimums are still a little high for the main room. Hit up Thomas Gordman and see what he can do for ya.
Marquee:
Any table in the main room should fit that many people for sure. However, you will probably need something higher than a two bottle minimum. You never know, I always hear of people on here getting some crazy low minimums at marquee. Of course, this depends on the day and who's playing. I think you would need more than two bottles for fourteen people, anyway.
All in all, I recommend the main room for both venues with 14 people. Just check with your host for the minimums for the day(s) you are interested in going.Past Trips:

Hey,
mate - 2k on a friday or saturday at any tier 1 club like Marquee or particularly hakkasan is gonna get you nothing for 14 people
The rule is generally 1 bottle per 3 people. So if there's 14 of you youll need at least 5 bottles. Plus remember both these venues are 38% tax and grat on top of your minimum and probably a $300 handshake to the host aswell.
The problem you have is you need big tables to accomadate that many people. Big tables = big minimums and they're usually the dance floor tables which are far far more than $2k. I think you'd be looking at least $5k to $6k minimum spend to secure a dancefloor table, more if its a big DJ
And also to remember - 4 bottles between 14 people will last about 30 minutes. Its more than 3 people per bottle on average and that will be gone in no time!
Basically - you need to up your budget. Dont wanna rain on your parade here but you need to spend AT LEAST double what you're planning to and in my view I think youll be running at least $500 each to do what you want to do in all seriousness. To do Vegas on a Friday/Saturday night at tables to appreciate what its about and have no worries about how much you have to drink and where you're location is its at least $500 each in my experience and usually quite a lot more after tips and tax.

Tommo is completely right. Your alcohol $ is at best $1300 which is only 2 bottles before the 38% and I'm lowballing at a $200 handshake. $2k gone. Now add the 14 peeps into the mix. So you're trying to keep it at $150/person it looks like.
The only possible way to get away with it and the 2k all in and I don't even know if this is an option, have the girls set up the table and the guys do pre sales and meet up with them at the table? I'm sure the more experienced peeps can weigh in on that suggestion. Our group is between 5-7 each time and we each go $600 per person for the 1 big club night and still end up getting more afterwards.
To experience the Vegas VIP you will have to up the ante for the VIP.Happily sponsoring the Las Vegas economy since July 1996

Thanks for yalls honesty. Im guessing the same but a few others are being cheap about it. We may lower the party 8 or 10 in that case. I told them "you wanna go to vegas, then do it vegas style. theres no other way". Unfortunately, cant help how others think or feel. Thanks fellas for the input!Excalibur January 2008

Plus, at Tier 2 clubs, most will not have the 10% LET, so you're just looking at the bottle price plus 28% for tax/gratuity. For your group size, you are going to need 4 bottles to get through the night. Roll with that, add $200 to $300 for Joey to get you a great location and I bet you can get away with under $200/person for a group of 14.Originally posted by tony67 View PostDoes 1Oak play hip hop/top40 or edm also. Of course then there is waters, and red bulls, etc....Been to Vegas too many times to count, partied in too many pools and clubs to track, but when you live so close, why wouldn't you?
