Hakkassan -- Photos for guestlist?

I had a promoter hit me back up asking for my Instagram, and another promoter asking my friend to send a photo BEFORE being guest listed. I've never had this happen before. Is this something Hakkassan normally does, or is it just because of super-busy LDW?
