What clubs and nights are there open bar/free drinks for ladies?

Hello all,

I'm celebrating my bday in Vegas next week. We are staying at the Cosmo. I would like to which clubs/lounges have open bar/free drink specials for ladies. There are 5 ladies in my group. I plan on contacting the hosts for guestlist admission.

Is it true that if you get a promoter/host hook up at Chateau, we can get a table comped? I thought I read that somewhere on this forum...

To give you an idea of the clubs we are interested in going to, we are thinking about Lavo, Marquee, Chateau, Hyde, XS, and Surrender. We are in town from next Sunday to Wed night.

I would also like to know if a host walks us in where there is minimal wait on the line and we get in comped, how much should we tip him/her?

It is possible to get a comp table, but realize that the table may 'float'. In other words, as paying customers roll in your location will constantly get moved. If you're just on the guest list tipping is up to you. If you are getting walked past the line $20 a head is good.

You will have to set up comp tables in advance, and to be blunt they will generally want proof that your group is at least attractive.

Chateau does I'm sure and comps cute girl groups tables, especially on Wednesday nights. I go pretty much every Wed, there and Eclipse. I think Chateau is one of the best spots for a good group looking to get taken care of VIP, and listen to open format music. If you need a hook up holiday weekend thurs-mon, gonna be tough... most of the clubs are out to make money so may not be a lot of freebies even for girls.

I'm sure for most girls (if you're group is attractive enough) any club you go to would be an open bar if you know what I'm sayin'... haha

Otherwise the only legit open bars worth going to for LDW weekend would Pure and LAX.

From personal experience, I know Lavo had open bar for ladies on Fridays usually for 1 hour around 10 or 11pm. Tao also had open bar for ladies on Thursdays for only 1 hour as well. Surrender has open bar for ladies during splash dance on Thursdays for 1 hour. The open bars usually require a special wristband you need to get from your promoter and it's not really "open" bar. They limit the types of drinks you can order (i.e. no redbull vodka but you can get cran vodka) and its always a predetermined time limit. Tryst and Light gives out 2 free drink coupons for ladies as well. I've had open bar at Marquee several times but I can't remember which nights those were...I'm sure it wasn't Friday or Saturday nights though.
