  • Can someone please explain Surrender's setup during summer?

I've been to Surrender once...in March. It was terrible, the ladies were cold, we were way out in the gaming pavilion, and all the action seemed to be inside. Still, it was a gorgeous location. When we checked out of our hotel, the girl said they set up a dance floor over the water in the summertime. Is this correct? I'm heading out to Vegas with my sister next week, and I would love to take her there, but I have no idea about the DJ layout on a Wednesday in the summertime! Hoping the Vegas vets can help a bit!

Surrender is definitely a Summer club. My February and July visits last year were chalk and cheese. There is a dance floor over the pool with a few tables set up on Wednesday (not 100% sure this is still the case) - I'm not sure what they do on Thursdays or over the weekend either with Splash Dance and EBC Fri-Sun.

Ok, good to know, thanks! Does anybody happen to have a contact for Guestlist?

I was there just last Saturday and while they do have some flooring setup over the pool, not a lot of people use it as a dance floor. Rather, it's just an easy way to cross the pool and towards the main dance floor in front of the DJ. And yes, there were a couple tables set up on this floor over the pool as well.

and the dj booth set up is different winter v summer. during the warmer months, the dj booth is at the patio end of the inside space (if that makes sense), which changes the dynamic.

Did they change that this summer? I was there last summer, and the DJ was in the regular booth inside. Not even a really big name, either.
