  • Time frame for booking VIP table (Chateau)

I'm with a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette party. We are looking to get a table at Chateau for Friday the 23rd. I've emailed 3 different hosts but no one ever got back to me. That was last week. Am I too early in making my reservations?

I ended up calling the club direct and the lady quoted me $900, which is double what I paid for a table there a few years ago.

A good host should respond within a few hours depending on the time of day (remember they work strange hours). If you haven't received a response in over a week, I wouldn't want to do business with them. There are plenty of other clubs, that are better, that would be happy to provide some good service while taking your money.

Any reason you're set on Chateau?
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

That does seem high for a group of girls for that particular club. I noticed you emailed instead of texting. In my experience, hosts reply almost immediately when texted.

We have been there before and the Bride wanted to check it out again. We liked rooftop atmosphere vs. a stuffy club (I believe we were sitting in the Gardens?).

I really feel that $900 is way too much and each time I've called the club directly and asked for special deals for bachelorette parties this is what they give me.

We were there in 2011 and I believe there were 11 or 12 girls for the $450 deal.

I can try texting but I really don't want to work with these people if I've already tried reaching out. I need some new contacts.

You e mailed 3 different hosts at Chateau? If youre set on going there you can always contact one of the more popular hosts that memebers here use at different clubs and they can set you up at Chateau. Just because they dont work at Chateau doesnt mean they can help you get a table there.

I've emailed one host at Chateau (got her info from this website). Then I emailed the 2 guys who helped me last time (I don't think they work directly for Chateau, well I know one guy for sure doesn't).

Yeah BBB is right, you should text instead of E mail. Though its still odd none of the 3 responded to your E mail

It wont hurt to let them know you got their number from JC website either

I would suggest directly asking if you could get a B1G1, for 6 girls. Guestlist the rest, they should get in free. You won't all be sitting at the same time, so you don't really need all that space.

So is 6 the max per table? I didn't know this.

No no no, it is a way to help keep costs down. You can have as many people at your table as you want (within reason). I checked Vegas.com, and they have a bottle special for 8 guests for $650, tax and gratuity included. A host *should* be able to match that. Here is the link: http://www.vegas.com/mytrip/app/Qty/...0914&monthly=1

Just Guestlist the last girl or two, and have them join you at the table.

Other places you might consider that have an outdoor area within your budget are Pure or Moon.
