How is Vegas during late December?

Whatsup everyone I survived my first ever Vegas trip and all I can say is WOW! I Stayed for a week at the MGM and hit up Hakkasan twice, Marquee, and got BS with my friends + some really cool dudes from these forums at LIGHT for Krewella during the JULY 17th invasion. I'm already planning a return trip because I already miss LV like crazy, so I'm just wondering how Las Vegas is like during late December(27-30th)? Do the minimums at clubs go up a lot during those times and is everything as much fun as it was during Summer? Thanks in advance

I've never experienced Vegas during that times but from what everyone has told me its extremely packed for New Years. From what i've heard the strip is basically shut down, if someone can confirm all this.

NYE is always crazy- but you should be able to have fun all weekend because NYE is on a Tuesday. Usually NYE itself has the highest ticket prices, mins etc.

Just keep in mind it can be a little bit cold outside so outside areas at clubs that have outside areas like Surrender, XS and Marquee are not really ideal.
Inside of XS or any inside only club like Hak or Light will be fine.

A 'little cold' last year was freezing for late Decmber/early January. NYE does have the highest mins of the year given that there are no pools to budget for, and demand is through the roof.

Thanks guys, like I've mentioned I'll be there Friday December 27-30. Which leads me to my next question concerning bottle service, would 2 guys with a combined budget of around 1500-1600 max per night be able to get good tables at any of the tier 1-2 clubs or would it be best to split bottle service with people on these forums? When we did BS at LIGHT, Eric G. from these forums worked everything out with the host so I'm still a newb on the entire BS pricing/location subject.
