2 Guys from UK after advice on clubs/bars etc

Hi,

2 guys from the UK (Liverpool) coming to Vegas on the 6th Sept to 15th Sept..new to the forum so just wanted to ask some advice on things before we get out there.

Can someone give us some tips on the best bars to hit if we don't want to do the clubs & do they charge to get in?

What is the deal with the dress code and shoes for getting into clubs? are pumps ok if you in say smart polo t-shirts and jeans?

And whats the avg price of a beer in clubs/bar? I hearing off other posts that drinks can be quite expensive in say the pool parties etc.

Hope you guys can help, any other advice would be great

Alright mate,

Bars - there's some great ones in the cosmo - bond and chandelier. Vegas is different to most places though - it isnt really a bar scene to be honest, its clubs. To get in clubs you need to be there at 10:30 - 11pm so that kinda negates bars. You do one or the other. You cant go to bars till midnight then hit a club - youll just queue all night. Its not like here in England.

But I would check out Bond, Chandelier, Chateau at Paris

Dress code - you wont get in with pumps and a polo shirt. Dont even try it. Dont even chance any trainers. Its vegas, not Blackpool! People go over there to have a big night. Liken it to going to a wedding or a big event, people get dressed up and its treated as a special night. T shirts/polo's/trainers/bad jeans get you nowhere mate. Just make an effort.

Average price of a beer is about 10 dollars plus tip. Mixer about 15.

where you staying?? Theres 3 of us flying over from dublin we will be there fight week aswell not leaving till 17th if ye want to do bottle service some night in a club or cabana at a pool party be good to split the cost,

Anyway we have a VIP party tour bus booked for the friday night not sure if they will leave me post links here to the actual site we booked it through but message me should be a good way to meet the ladies!!! also there's a v-card you can get which gives you entry to a number of nightclubs pool parties and more importantly strip clubs
