Would wearing this get someone into a top tier nightclub?

I was wondering if the below items would be acceptable and let someone gain entrance into a top tier nightclub:

or should i stick with the button up collared dress shirt?

From my experience with no BS, a collared shirt is a must. But that was probably 3 years ago. Not sure how it is now.
