Need Nightclub Advice. Your Help Appreciated.

I'm making my trip back to Vegas with 5 of my buddies the weekend of July 26-29th. We plan on getting a couple of bottles and have a VIP hook up. The question is, which club do we pick?

We're 6 guys in our 30's, not rich or anything but willing to spend a few bucks. Looking for a place not too young or uptight and pretentious.

As a side note, I've done Tryst, found it boring. I here Pure is a total dude-fest these days and also to avoid LAX or Body English. Probably one of the funnest times I had a club was at the old Studio 54 about 3 years ago.

That surprises me. I never got that vibe at Tyrst, you must have been there on a off night.

You definitely won't have a problem with "little energy" at 1OAK and Hyde on a Fri/Sat night. Music will be similar between the two.
1OAK is larger, so more table options, and as such has better options for lower minimums. Hyde is unique because of the terrace and fountains. Minimums at Hyde are generally a bit higher than 1OAK.

I've hit 1OAK on Friday night my last two trips, and plan to again on my next trip. I really enjoy the vibe there, and the service has always been top notch.
