Quick question.... How do nighclub hosts (non independent) get paid?? Would it just be base salary +tips? Or would it be something like a base salary + commissions (tables booked, number of g-list, ect) +tips?

Any insights would be great... I have always wondered.

It carries from club to club, host to host.. The low level hosts promoters get paid per girl that shows up on their guest list. Host get paid usually a small base, some get commission on bottle sales and a lot rely on their tips which usually are pooled. Some of the hosts on this forum could explain more, but that's my understanding of it.

You want to be a host??? It's tough! But there's different type of hosts, and the promoters is a totally different hustle (paid per head). Host have a really small salary for the most party, some of the SR guys have good salaries, then you get commissions and tips. Don't get shit for GL or girls (atleast I don't) so a lot of that stuff is just doing favors and helping.

I'm pretty curious as well since I've never really thought about these things until planning my Vegas trip. Does the club provide them health-care too? From reading around the forum it seems like Vegas hosts are a more professional and organized version of what we have in Miami.
