Tryst vs. 1Oak on a Friday

So I have a trip coming up in Aug and my group is looking to hit one of these 2 spots on a Friday.

I have been to tryst before but never to 1oak. Im wondering from people that have been to both, what did you prefer?

Here are some details on our initial talks with hosts so if youve had experience with the table location some advice there would be awesome.

Details:
Group 5 guys
1 Oak: B2G1 "really good spot" - hoping for DF or behind DJ booth
Tryst: 2 bottle min table 535 or 720

The group likes hip hop but we also like EDM. As far as hiphop/top 40 goes thats fine just dont want a "ghetto" crowd/scene.

I personally prefer 1OAK, but I've only been to each club once.

From my experience in Vegas, there aren't enough "ghetto" people for you to ever be forced to hang out with the very crowd that makes the music you're listening to.

I would suggest 1oak especially since you have not been there before.

Depends on your preference really. I think 1Oak is the more popular club on the forum between the two.

However, if you concern is price, they both will wash out, especially if you end up gettign another bottle. 2 bottles at Tryst will run you a bout 960, an additional 3rd bottle would hit 1450 ( all goose). (after tax/autograt), where the 3 bottles (1 free) would run you about 1260 at 1oak. If you were to pay for a 4th bottle in addition, you'd break even at about 1900 for either. (Excluding any host/security/runner tip.

I'd probably go to 1oak, if the table was "great" and try to go a day earlier and hit tryst on a thursday for 2 goose for 450 .

Probably won't land behind the DJ booth at 1OAK...DF is long shot, but with early arrival and depending on demand that night, not out of the question. I'd be happy with a Tier 2 on a Friday for B2G1 but Joey is a miracle worker so...

I've been to 1OAK on Friday my last 3 trips...one of my favorite spots and love DJ Karma's sets.

Honestly you can't go wrong with either from a music/crowd standpoint on a Friday. Probably just comes down to price/value/table location....
