Palms .... Questions On Nightlife

I will be visiting Las Vegas July 12-14th for my buddies bachelor party. We will be getting in on the late side on the 12th ( around 10 pm ) and it will only be the two of us as most of his friends are overseas .. On a recent trip around three weeks ago I had decided to visit the Palms... I gambled for about a hour which was my only gambling session but it resulted in winning around a little less then a grand... Through their rewards program I scored two comped premier queen rooms for the weekend ... I am not familiar with any of the clubs or the the pool ... I figured we should stay their Friday night and wanted some guidance on which club to go to and what kind of minimums I would be able to get for bottle service ... two guys for bottle service is usually on the expensive side but that is the only way I like to roll ... I would appreciate any help or guidance who to contact ? If anyone been to the pool on Saturday daybed prices or a Cabana guidance would be cool to ... Thanks!

I'm staying at the palms 18-21 with 6 other guys for a bachelor party as well. Palms is a fun property but their night life has taken a huge hit. Rain closed. I believe Ghost Bar is closing for renovations in July. Moon will still be open but is a 3rd tier club at best these days.

At the pool, you're looking at $1000-1500 mins for daybed and $1500-3000 mins for cabanas, generally speaking. Honestly, it's not needed as guests get early/free entry so as long as you guys can get moving before noon you should have no trouble grabbing chairs by the pool. Not sure if you can get bottles there, and the chairs don't have the same cache' as the beds or cabanas... but something to think about.

Regarding Bottles at Moon... I'd be surprised if you couldn't get a $500 table and likely even a buy 1 get 1 bottle deal if you're planning on booking a daybed one day as well.

Would it be even worth it to check out moon ? Is there any place I can swing a one bottle min on a Friday night.

You're pretty close to our plans... here's my thoughts:

Thursday: We arrive early. Liquid pool then 9pm reservations at STK for the guys. Then just out and about bar hopping. Maybe up to Moon to cap the night. Dunno.

Friday: Cabana at Ditch (convenience and price was choice over Wet or other options). AFter pool (6pmish) heading back to shower up and head to Rhino early (7:15-7:30 limo pick up) to capitalize on their post pool bottle specials ($150 for 2 bottles of Belvedere or Don Julio plus $100 other bottles). Making it our "pre-gaming" option then going out after that. Getting a stupid amount of bottles (5-6 for 7 guys) and just acting a fool. Free pouring drinks = lots of strippers hanging out partying too. Whenever we get bored or money/booze runs out (11p-1a) we can head out to bars.

We're not doing bottle service at clubs (groom isn't clubber) but you guys should have lots of options for saturday night. Depending on your budget I'd say you could do better than moon...

I was thinking Moon Friday night ... Our flight lands at 10 .. By the time check in to the room and get situated at least 11 . Saturday haven't decided yet ... I'm not a big club person but when I do go I do not like waiting on line and fighting for drinks ... Thanks for the help ...
