  • Shout out to some forum members

I just got back from Vegas and had the best time of my life...and these forums are a large part of the reason why. Some forum members deserve a special shout out:

Chuck and ocam. These guys are a wealth of information. They answered all of my dumb noob questions about bottle service but also had some great recommendations for restaurants, clubs, buffets, bars, and host contacts. My trip would have been nearly successful without them answering my questions before I ever got going.

***** (VegasLuxury). ***** hooked me up on my hotel. He is a travel agent. I took a chance on his "See if I can beat your rate" thread (http://forums.jackcolton.com/showthr...-Rates-From-Me). He ended up quoting me the same room I had booked on my own for about $400 less.

Earl (Earlr). Earl posted that he could add forum members to his staff guestlist for Hakkasan. I had him add me and my buddy. The line was really quick and no admission fees.

Noah Ortiz (NoahRam). Noah is a host for Light. He was great to work with - fast replies and great communication. Unfortunately, I didn't get the table I had hoped but Noah still took care of us.

Joey Orr. Joey is the man. That is all I can really say. I got a B1G1 deal through him...but he also hooked us up with a dance floor table (table 43 according to Chuck's map). Just an awesome night.

Doing some quick math, not including savings on the BS deal through Joey, we saved around $600 on this trip thanks to forum members!!! JC is f'ing amazing.

Glad you had a great trip! This is what JC is all about!
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

Great news ! Sounds like you nailed it with your trip
EastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

Trip report, trip report, trip report!
If you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can't afford it! That being said, it's Vegas and doesn't hurt to try!

            Planning
            2014 - March 13-16 - Bachelor Party
            2014 - June 5th - 9th (maybe) - Big 30.
