  • $2500 tables

Just checking here. Say you drop 2.5 for a table. Does this only include drinks then tax, tips, handshakes are on top of this?

Take it if so then a $2500 table is buying you 4/5 bottles of vodka say?

I know this is talked about all the time but it is still throwing me.

    Cheers.

With 20% tip, sales tax and LET you're looking at $3200 all in. That doesn't include tipping your host, security or barback.

Bottles of vodka at the top tier clubs are going for about $595 for a 750ml or $1150 or so for a 1.75L

Usually it does not include tax/grat, unless you specify to your host "all-in", but even all in would not include host tip, unless specified, and also tips to bouncer and runner.

For your example, the $2,500.00 would include your choice of drinks. You are just agreeing to spend a minimum of $2,500 (not including tax/auto-grat unless you specific all-in. Like previous poster said bottles at the better, tier 1 even 1.5 clubs, start around $500 and easily on up (not including the fees/taxes).

For $2,500 (excluding host tip hundred all in you'd be looking at about 3, maybe 4 bottles. Not including taxes, 5, maybe 6.

You co uld go to lower tier clubs or go on industry nights and get better deals. Some hosts are willing to do buy 2 bottles get 1 on non-holiday weekend nights, if you are lucky and tip well.
If you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can't afford it! That being said, it's Vegas and doesn't hurt to try!

      Planning
      2014 - March 13-16 - Bachelor Party
      2014 - June 5th - 9th (maybe) - Big 30.

Not sure if this is a holiday weekend thing but normally just do (Table min X 0.28) = all in price.

Table min x 1.28 (for most clubs)

Vodka bottles are generally one liter, not 750 ml.

Well if your wanting to work out the total then 1.28 however if your trying to work out the different the 0.28.
              Both work .

Unless they charge LET. Then your numbers go up. I have been doing minimum x 1.45 + host tip = total (round up to the nearest $10). That should cover your all in and give a very small cushion.

It would suck to find out my math is wrong since that's what I've been using to calculate our up coming trip. Lol.

That's a great idea, it's always best to give yourself a little cushion for when you go a bit over your minimum like say when you want to add redbull & water to your table for your group.

As far as my knowledge minimum x 1.45 is great for Marquee & Hakkasan because those venues charge LET.

For XS, Tryst, Surrender, 1Oak, Hyde and Bank I would stick to the minimum x 1.28-1.3 max because they do not charge LET so you would be over-budgeting.

Light & Daylight I know they include tax in their bottle prices so the only tax they charge should be for LET and grat so spend x 1.28 should be fairly accurate w/o any cushioning needed for those venues.

                      $2500 min + $750 taxes/grat + host tip + security + busboy = $3250 + tips

You will get 4-5 bottles out of your $2500 min.

Depends if you want a location boost or not. It's what you can afford - $200 should be good
