    When is is too early to Book tables?

    Headin back to Vegas (Aug 16-19). Was wondering how far in advance should I start planning tables/schedules. I don't want to bother the hosts if it is too far out.
    It's been 3 years since I've been, and my drunken damaged long term memory has blocked out how far in advance I booked last time.

    For your dates, I'd say 2 weeks out would be ideal. Try to call/text on the weekdays instead of weekends as they're busy dealing with their clients during the weekend you'll probably get ignored.

      I'm coming in august already booked some tables...
      However still waiting for the lineups....but im guessing im too rushed.
      If you want i've made a spreadsheet with Djs playing but its still very empty, when we get closer i can share it with you...
