2013 -EDC weekend stayed at Elara went to TAO and TAO Beach. Stayed at the Hard Rock, went to the Bank. Stayed at Excalibur (Reno Room) and Light.

I would just contact a host and ask them to match the deal...they probably would. At least that way your not the guy whipping out a groupon at the club....nothing says "VIP" status like digging a groupon out of your pocket. I'm sure it works, but I wouldn't expect the "VIP" treatment...or a good table.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.
If anything I think this would be a good negotiation tactic... "I saw a groupon and..." I'm sure you could get the host to match the deal if not top it.

I may be mistaken, but I believe Groupon keeps up to half of what they charge for the Groupon, so the club would get 25%. With a split like that, I'm sure the host would have no problem getting matching that deal to get 50%.

Yeah Groupon does exactly that. But I doubt anyone really using this are the type of people who would contact a host and use bottle service in the 1st place.

interesting! if you're looking for a one bottle minimum, i don't think it's bad. gallery is pretty quiet nowadays and any host would be able to match this with a b1g1 and better location.
Not versed in the vodka arena but my question is to do a financial comparison.
Is Stoli a vodka used as a well or is that a step up in clubs? If it is used as a well drink you would be better off buying Gallery's online only all night (well drinks only) open bar package for $80. Handshake for a table and add a few bucks to the money that you would have spent for the 2 bottles of Stoli and get a bottle of champagne or something else to go on the table for the group.
Just a thought.
