1st time going solo...please help

So, I'm a huge Prydz fan and I have been to most of his shows in Surrender Vegas since NYE. Everytime I go I take the "baby's mom" because nobody else would go with me, my guy friends either have things to do or they rather go clubbing back home (So Cal) because it's cheaper and they don't like EDM.
Everytime I go it's all about the music so I don't care much for girls, BUT this time I want to change it up a little bit.
I will be going solo this Saturday June 15, it's a little escapade for me and I haven't told anybody that I'm going.
I will be taking the bus there Saturday and I will be leaving Sunday morning at 7:30. I didn't get a room bc I wanted to come home right away to avoid drama.
The day is almost here, at first I was exited but now I'm a little nervous, not because I'm going solo, but because I don't want to look like a loner or a loser. So I need help.
Where can I go before the club? The bus gets there at 6 and I know it will be really hot so I don't want to be walking around not knowing what I'm doing. Where is there a place where I can pre-game before the club where there's lots of girls??
Also, I was thinking on taking a little bag with jeans and a shirt in it, and then change right before I go in the club because it will be too hot and I don't want to get those clothes dirty or full of sweat. Is there anywhere I can leave this bag after I change and before I go in the club? like a locker or anywhere in the hotels, or should I just go dressed ready for the club?

You will be fine by yourself, i've done it some times and it's really cool and not looser at all....well some people asked me "are you here by yourself?!?!" but not a big deal...hooked up with girls either.
The clubs are so big then you can say my friend is here somewhere i just lost him..or hes gambling...or anything
I cant be of much help with the changing stuff...if you had a place to shower, leave your stuff would be good...i've never needed so can't help on that but i'm sure someone who had that experience will share here!

In terms of where to hang or put bag- you could pregame and try to get a bell check to hold your bag. Probably got to tip and might be a little sketch bc no hotel reservation. But you could say to encore bell check I'm going to Surrender?

I think a better option is to find a super cheap hotel room- that way you can take a shower after the bus ride, know your bag is safe and have a place to chill that doesn't require you to spend money- compared to siting at a bar and keep ordering drinks.
Some of the cheapest private rooms in vegas are $25-30.
You could even go to a hostel for like $15- they have lockers as part of the deal.

Get the HOTEL TONIGHT app on your phone and look at it on the way up. Great deals that are available starting after noon or so each day I think (no advance booking). Example... tonight you can book at Palms for $47 (far from strip though). Planet hollywood for $61, etc. or Tuscany Suites for $29 (cab ride but cheap). Sure, they'll be more on a saturday but someting to consider.

Also, Hotwire offers good deals north strip for $55 plus fees (likely Riviera or something) for that night.

Regarding going yourself... do NOT sweat it. I went solo (buddy got sick night before) for 4 days of March Madness. had a blast and met a ton of folks. Got invited to a sick bachelor party at Blush... etc etc. Just go with the flow.

I went solo... it was awesome. I will be going Solo from now on. My boys dont have the financials to do it every year, so we just go somewhere closer to Aus and then I go to Vegas solo.. I am happier solo. I feel like a king!

Ok...I don't think you have the budget to get a room since that solves everything and you're catching a bus to Vegas.

Pick a Hotel with a Casino, any hotel on the strip, go the the bell check and have 'em hold your bag
Hotel guests typically use bell check prior to check in or after check out so don't worry if you don't have a room yet...you can say its not ready

Now hang out in the Casino...gamble and your drinks are free (minus tips)...this is your pre-party...free AC too! BTW, if you pick a nice enough hotel (Caesars, Encore, Cosmo, etc)...you'll have plenty of eye candy.

when its close to Party time, go to bell check, get your bag, but only temporarily cause now you're gonna change into your clubbing clothes...

at this point go visit the hotel's spa and gym...tell 'em you're just lookin to see if you want to sign up for the duration of your stay...this is moment you jump into the spa showers and freshen up...this shouldn't take long. Or you can always ask to use the spa's restroom (as a reason for entry without signing up)

Take your bags back to bell check, keep your receipt....hit Surrender....Mission Accomplished on a budget.

I went solo to Tao this past MDW (friend was too tattered to wake up in time) and it wasnt any sweat at all. Get plastered, make convo with some cute girls and youre set. Half the people end up losing their friends in these huge, packed clubs anyway.

Might have to go to Prydz the Sunday of EDC solo as well...my buddies cant stand em and want to go to EDC instead

Solo is way fun. I used to plan trips around others schedule. Now I just plan on my own. If they can't make it...oh wells. We always lose people in the club anyways. As for not having a hotel - if it's money, then bag check works. I took a flight in pretty late, and the bach party was already in the club - sucks no time for a shower. I changed at the airport bathroom, took a taxi - then left my suitcase with bell check at Mirage. Just remember to get your bag when you leave. I had to walk back to the Mirage after being a lil hammered.

Just a personal pref I guess - I like to shower JUST before I hit the club. Sometimes the guys want to walk that 1/2 block - and that heat just makes me uncomfy. If you could find a cheap/cheap room - I would at least to clean up before you go. Plus you ain't leaving till 730 anyways. Lot of hours still after you leave the club. A room can kill time - but as for drama, I dont know..you going to vegas on the DL anyways
