  • Sensation coming to mgm grand arena Oct. 4-5

What’s coming is “The Ocean of White” party, which will transform the MGM Grand Garden Arena into an all-white nocturnal water world with guests dressed to match. Expect acrobats, giant suspended jellyfish, white-hot pyro and, of course, superstar house DJs.

Ticket are onsale for $150 per night ga or $250 per night vip

Will be interesting to see who the DJs are considering all the "residencies"
ticket are onsale but lineup is tba

If Sensation NYC is any indication, don't expect your standard Vegas-style DJ lineup (unless, because it's at MGM, there's a tie-in with their residencies). I remember NYC sold out really fast, before the lineup was announced. As soon as the lineup released, though, the ticket dump was incredible. Everyone had basically assumed it was another EDC or Electric Zoo. Not so much.

I was at the Toronto event a couple weeks back and it was a big change from your avg club night... Eric Prydz was the headliner and it was more about the show-music then headliner talent... Prices were the same and the extra 100$ for VIP put you on a raised stage on the floor with faster access to drinks. 30,000 ppl showed up at the Rogers center dressed in all white. I thought that it was more of a spectacle/even then a crazy party when compared to vegas night clubs

Overall, I thought that it was a cool event to check out but not something I would want to do all the time.

Never been to Sensation. However, I always got the impression it was more about the show/production than headlining DJs. I don't think it exactly has the same feel as a massive.
