In preparation for a bachelorette party in Vegas this past weekend, I told the maid of honor to go on Jack Colton to find the contact info for Light & Hakkasan so we could be put on the guestlist. I've had a previous experience with getting the contact info for Noah when he was at Marquee, & he put me on the guestlist & everything was good.
Light 6/7: Went through Noah for guestlist. We arrived around 10pm to get checked-in & stamped because we had to be at Thunder from Down Under at 11pm. After waiting about 15-20 minutes, we find out that we are not on the guestlist, & the only thing we can do is have Noah come out. Once we find Noah, he tells us to come back after our show, & he would get us in. True to his word, we got in hassle-free at about 1am. The club was awesome!
Hakkasan 6/8: Went through Thomas for guestlist. First of all, it was probably not a good idea to come here in the first place because Calvin Harris was djing. We arrived at 11pm, & the guestlist line went all the way to the outside of MGM. After waiting two hours to finally get to the people who check you in, we find out that we are NOT on the guestlist again (there was actually another group of girls who had the same problem using Thomas).. We were told that there was nothing we could do unless Thomas came out himself to put us on the list. Since it was the busiest night EVER, it took about an hour for him to finally be able to come out. As soon as he came out though, we were able to get in right away.
All in all, we all had a great time. I really do hope that these kinks get worked out because I will be coming back to Vegas in July & August & would definitely want to check out these clubs again (especially Hakkasan, since we were only able to stay in one spot because it was so crowded). I do appreciate that the hosts were able to help us as soon as we were able to get ahold of them. I don't think that these problems were caused by the hosts, but definitely something going on with the system.
