One question. I am planning to hit The Bank on Thursday 1st August. What do you think the table minimum would be on that day and which table I can get with that minimum (according to the floor plan)?

Also I am planning to tip $200 to the host, $100 to the waitress, $50 to the busboy and $50 to the bouncer. Is that okay?

Don't tip the waitress - it's included in your bill. You're tipping too much to the busboy too. $20 is normal, $30 if they've been great

40-50 isnt considered too much to the busboy to be honest.
You could start off with a $20 each to the busboy and security at the beginning of the night and increments of $20 throughout the night say if the busboy did a good job keeping your table clean and juices filled. Security I'd usually start with $20 when they introduce themselves to you. $20 when you need something done like bypass the line at the bathroom or kick people out of your area. I wouldn't drop $50 right in the beginning of the night.

waitress tip is already included in your bill. additional is up to you but not necessary. host for a thursday shouldn't be too packed and I don't think your minimum will be high so $100 should suffice unless you want to build a personal relationship with this host for future trips.

sum it all up how I would tip throughout the night:
host: $100
waitress: whatever is included in the bill at the end of the night, nothing additional
busboy: $20 at the start of the night and $20 again at end of night if he did a awesome job
security $20 at introduction. $20 if you have to call for him throughout the night.

Double check with Joey...but yeah...6-7 ladies should be able to land a B1G1 on a Sunday.

Headed to The Bank on Friday 8/22 with a group of 9 guys. Anyone have a good table recommendation to request from my host other than DF that would accomdate all 9 of us and may be a few additions ? We probably will be doing a B3G1 with $300 handshake.

see if you can get a table in the center on the second tier above the dance floor. right in the action without the overcrowding of the actual dance floor (which isn't that big).

If you want hip hop I would do bank out of those two. I don't recommend going in without a table, it gets too crowded and it is hard to move around especially on the dancefloor.
