Depends on your def of walking distance. There are a ton of tier 2 or 1.5 near. You can probably see Pure at Caesars from your window if you are facing that direction. Mirage has 1Oak which is always a good option for weekends. You have Bank and Tao fairly close as well. I would also consider all the Wynn/Encore clubs within walking distance too though it is a long walk. Heck, you can hop on the free tram across the street at Bellagio and ride it to Aria. Then you are in walking distance of Haze and Marquee.
Flamingo is a fairly centrally located spot. Most clubs are easy to get to from it.

You can also pay $5 for a 24 hour ticket and take the bus up and down the strip. Stops in front of all of the major hotels.

I wouldnt walk in club clothes in the Vegas heat from Flamingo to Wynn clubs. Splitting a cab a couple different ways isnt that bad. I would also throw Hyde into the mix too for a good spot to catch a drink or 6
