Vegas Trip 10th - 22nd June 2013

Hi All,

Me and my sister are heading to Vegas from the UK on the above dates and I am just looking at some advice for the best clubs to visit whilst we are there and whether it is worth pre-booking/purchasing tickets before we arrive and if this is done does it mean we would still have to queue to get in? our music taste varies but we prefer hip-hop, chart and Dub-step

Any advice would be much appreciated

I've been to a Vegas a few times - I went to LAX (top 40 music last time I was there)

Pure (top 40 from what I recalled)

I'm also looking for a decent trap/rap club!

I can help you on 20th/21st because I'm there then.

Rusko is at Tryst (Wynn) on 20th so you may like that. Friday night - probably 1Oak at the mirage.

TBH you're there 12 days so I'd just take it as it comes and not plan too much. You should be OK without tickets during the week, it's only really for the big DJ nights you'll need presales to guarantee entry.

It sounds like you will be more interested in what they call open format clubs (hip-hop, top 40, maybe a little edm mixed in). According to the forums the top open format clubs are: 1Oak, Tryst, Haze, Tao, Chateau, LAX, and Pure

But I would definitely recommend you check out the some of the new (Light and Hakkasan) or top (XS) clubs since you are going to be there so long.

I will be in Vegas the same time you are (June 11th - 18th)...I plan to hit up Tryst, 1Oak, XS, and Light while I am there...Also going to check out a couple of the pool parties

Hey Sian.

Dont go to Rehab. Its probably the weakest of all pool parties in Vegas right now.

Here in the UK we only really hear about Rehab and Wet Republic. Dont even entertain Rehab. Go to Encore Beach Club at Encore, Marquee Day Club at the Cosmopolitan, Daylight at Mandalay Bay, Tao Beach at Venetian and Wet Republic at MGM.

Encore Beach I think is the best. Ive also been Rehab, and while its OK, it is not a patch on any of the others.

Pure also is a disapointing club. I wouldnt bother personally. Go somewhere else.

Thanks I will check them out, looking at other reviews they have said Rehab has lost it's touch a bit so will look at the others and may try a couple of them instead, there is a lot of talk about Daylight at Mandalay Bay as it is new this season so think I may look into doing that and Encore Beach thank you for your advice much appreciated

Yeah definately hit Encore Beach. You wont be disappointed!
