17 Girls / Memorial Day Weekend - Suggestions

Hi Guys,

I am doing a favor for a friend of mine who is setting up a bachelorette party in Vegas, the majority of the ladies have never been.

There is a total of 17 girls headed to Sin City and are looking for something to do on Saturday night (5/26). They are also looking for a pool to go to on Saturday.

With that many girls, is the best option to get a couple tables? Do they even have tables for 17 girls? Also, what pool party would be the best? I don't know if they want to get a cabana or not. I think they would just get up early and claim spots at the pool.

What hotel will you be staying at?

With that many girls, you would definitely need a cabana. Cabana prices for that weekend (especially for EBC, Wet Republic, Daylight), will be sky high! For that reason, I'd recommend contacting a host at a "Tier 2" pool to set something up for you ladies. Liquid, Tao Beach, Palms Pool, Hard Rock Pool will still all be cracking that day but a host will be more likely and willing to help set you up with a lower min or if your group is even somewhat attractive a comped cabana. And actually if your group is smoking hot you might even be able to work something for big clubs.

Thanks for the help. They are staying at Harrahs as it is right on strip, cheap, and they don't plan on being in their rooms much.

You recommend Tier 2 clubs / Tier 2 pools to help with the shear number of girls in their party?

What are the going rates for the weekend? I was looking at the host page to see if about getting hooked up for the day/night for these ladies.

Appreciate any and all suggestions.

Everything will be busy on MDW but its worth checking out the lineups to see if you can reach a consensus. Also should have a conversation about do girls just want entry and then meet people or they want there own space. Or maybe the bachelorette and a few of her close friends need a small area 4-6 and the other 10-11 girls are going to float around?

Yes, that Saturday is tough for any host to pull of deals, etc.. as it is one of the busiest days of the year. We have LMFAO that day and I'm sure it will be insane. Going GA with that many girls is really difficult, just hard to party together without any real estate. Depending on the budget, you may be able to pull off something for daybed, but again, I'd imagine most pools will have a 1k-1500 min as a low point for Beds/Couches, etc... With a group that size even a T2 table will need a 2k+ type table/ booth. Any idea on a budget for the group? That may help us suggesting some places that might work.
