I got put incharge of coordinating a 16 person bachelor party.

My question is, is July 19-20 to far out to begin planning since we dont know what DJ's will be playing?

When would be a good time to start planning? 4wks out?

What kind of music do you like? You can still get a sense of which clubs to keep in mind based on your must preferences.

Also, it's never too early to start booking flights/hotels (provided you know numbers), so you can keep prices down.

If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

i agree with ocam, while clubs and dj lineups aren't going to be released till after mdw or edc weekend, flights and hotels are something I would book right now and knowing your rough estimate of how many guys are going I'd take care of the room situation first so later on it's just the clubs you have to worry about.

I'll boko flight and hotel ASAP.

We love EDM. We we're shooting for:

        Friday night: Bottle service
Saturday afternoon: Bottle service at a day club with a known DJ

Good idea, and I can't emphasize this enough. At this juncture, air tickets and hotel rooms will certainly cost more, the later you book them. I'm looking at a significant budget increase for a June visit, having slept at the wheel for 4-6 weeks. Also, keep in mind hotel reservations can be canceled almost up to the lat minute. Consider it cheap insurance.

Saturday afternoon: Bottle service at a day club with a known DJ
Then these should be your main options:
Fri/Sat night - Light, Hakkasan, XS, Marquee, Surrender
Sat day - Daylight, Encore Beach Club, Marquee Dayclub, Wet Republic

Choose each place based on which DJ you like (when lineups are out). Pricing will probably be pretty similar across them.

By the way, for your hotel, try and get a quote from ***** ******** on these forums here - http://forums.jackcolton.com/showthr...-Rates-From-Me. He beat the price I could get for a room at Encore by a couple hundred bucks.
