  • How much does a Hotel impact the revenue of a Nightclub?

I belive it does impact it, but thats just my opinion. I wanted to see if there was actually evidience of this. Heres what I found. The rates are avg/night base on 7 day stay. 5/15-5/22

    Cosmo $484 Marquee 80-90mil
    Encore $489 XS 80-90mil
    Wynn S/O Surrender 45-60mil
    Ceasars $384 Pure 35-45mil
    Bellagio $369 Hyde 25-35mil
    Aria $336 Haze 25-35mil
    Ventian $298 Tao 60-70mil
Mandalay $258 No numbers for Light
    Mirage $240 1Oak 15-25mil
MGM $171 No numbers for Hak
    HRH $142 Vanity 15-25mil
    Palms $141 Ghostbar 15-25mil

Venitian/Tao is ony one that doesnt line up to my theory. Feel free to discuss.

I would agree with you. The better the hotel it has to go with a nightclub that suits him...
Even tough MGM rates are not so high they have alot of rooms and its a very big hotel, so power to make a good club. Same thing as ceasars...
I'd say that your quotes for aria are a little wrong, my brother stayed there several times for $50/ night...
Cosmo, Wynncore, Bellagio and Palazzo/Venetian are the best hotels in my opinion...so that would make sense for the theory (bellagio also has the bank that probably generates good rev)

Those were straight from Expedia. I wasnt going to spend to much time on it. lol Rates can obviously go down or up by the time of year, but to be fair I used the same dates and site for all hotels. There is plenty of room for Error. I was suprised by Mandalays cost. Ive never stayed there though.

$50/night sounds extremely low for Aria. It would be the official hotel for the May Invasion if that was their rate. Everyone jumped on Mirage last year for $50/night

Maybe they have some promos or not sure...
IMO Aria is a good hotel but to "industrialized" not sure if thats the word...it misses the "magic" of thematic vegas...
Anyway i think obviously theres a hotel/nightclub relation...
I'd be surprised to see excalibur with a rocking club...

$50/night at Aria? Either a promo when it first opened or mLife Pearl member offer. Otherwise no chance.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.
