  • Anyone going for NYE?

Do you think NYE will be worth it this year? Im thinking of either the strip or even download LV might be fun. Is there any word they will allow anything or any ideas? My friend said he just got back and said people were drinking/hanging out downtown LV like a normal night...

Vegas has pretty much lost what made it great. I think a lot of us are now going to South Florida, as the state is open, weather is amazing, and the energy is there. Lots of vegas vets getting together in Miami for NYE, instead of wondering about what will even be open in LV.

I miss Las vegas and Atlantic City. Had a big milestone birthday in December and instead of doing something amazing, I'm staying home doing nothing. Ugh, will this vaccine ever get here. I'm going insane.

FL does seem like a good idea since I have not been there since I was a kid...

What are some good spots? any threads?? your right, since FL is still opened it might be the only place to go.. I really need to get out! have not been away in 3 years and this year was pretty rough. bad breakup and business doing bad.

Miami Beach is doing a great job managing cases, while staying open for things like indoor dining, beaches, and even clubs. The seminole hard rock is a great place to stay. Great gaming action, pools and resturants. Gentlemen's clubs open too.

What are some other good clubs? DAER NIGHTCLUB in hardrock says they are closed. Doesnt look like HR has anything going on for NYE....

There will be a party NYE in the plum lounge, and center bar in the evening. The Guitar pool cabanas will be packed during the day too. Hit the tables, then out to the pool...

Thanks! is plum lounge in HR? Besides weather, you still think FL vs vegas? I cant see skipping out on vegas just for lounges/casino bars. I would suspect Vegas would still have those and I am comfortable navigating there. Im not a big pool/beach person.

Vegas isn't planning anything special for NYE. Nevada is closed; Florida is open. Do you really want to split a socially distanced table?? Lauderdale is close by, and South beach is one of the only spots in the country with great weather and entertainment options.
