  • Where to go now that Hyde is no more

My girlfriends and I all loved Hyde and it was our go to for the past few years. Now that itís closed we need a spot for our trip this coming May. We liked Hyde for its smaller size as well as the music played there. Whatís our best options for a mix of older and new hip hop? Tao? Chateau? On the Record?
March 2011 - Wynn (Blush, Tryst, Marquee)
May 2012 - Cosmopolitan (Marquee, Hyde)
April 2013 - Cosmopolitan (Marquee, Tao, XS, the Act, the Bank)
    February 2014 - Monte Carlo (Hyde, 1Oak)
    April 2015 - Mirage (TBD)

I'd say probably Drais. 1Oak is closing soon I think. Drais is probably your best bet for hip hop and the vibe you are looking for.

I enjoyed Hyde as well... will miss it (RIP).

I also enjoyed On The Record last year for similar qualities and will likely be heading back to it in April. However it also depends on the day of the week.

When are you heading out there?
