Help with Large Bachelor Party Clubs/Tables

I'm currently planning a bachelor party with 15 guys over May 19th-22nd. We are planning to hit a club on Sunday the 21st. Knowing the group, the main concerns will be lowest minimums with the most space. We're all mid 30's and I don't think there's a single one in the group.
I've been looking at XS and have a couple of questions:
Is this the best club for this group? (We'll be at the North end of the strip after having dinner at Yardbird in Venetian).
What's the best way to get the lowest minimum? One large table, two tables? Inside/Outside? Any idea how much this may cost?
Will this be a date for Night Swim?
I'm open to all suggestions

I read Bobby is no longer with them so you may want to contact Justin Cheeks at 702-635-6183 who has a solid reputation as a host over there. I am not sure since last I knew he was on the EBC side if he can help in regards to XS. If not he can lead you in the right direction as to which host to contact. Start there.

Nightswim will be pricey, depending on your size and how lenient they are about people per table...cabannas will be your cheapest option. Anything main room sunday night swim is around 4k lowest, and the bigger tables for your size will start at around 6 to 7 more or less

I read that too but talked to him Tuesday and didn't get the slightest hint he would no longer be with Wynn. I will shoot him text and update.

So it looks like Bobby may be parting ways with Xs but not for sure just yet. I imagine he can help you out with regard to who to talk by the time May comes around if he is no longer there.

What music do you guys prefer?

XS, EBC = EDM
Drais = HipHop/Rap
Omnia & Hakkasan = EDM main room + Other rooms (hiphop, top40)

Probably into Top40>EDM>Hip Hop in that order but honestly it's just a more efficient excuse to get drunk and feel young again.

It's always tricky picking a club if you have no idea on pricing for any of the clubs or location tiers.

I'd start by asking this question first:

"What type of experience am I looking for with the club and with the table location"

We can give help regarding value and pricing but we need to know what you'd like to experience going into it

With that being said, any of the tier 1's you're looking at somewhere around 5k-6k min spend for prime location (this is the lowest level of "prime location"), if you drop down a level of location, that number drops by a couple grand maybe in the 3-4k range min spend.

The money goes farther at tier 2 clubs.

Specifically regarding nightswim, I've found you can get slightly better deals that day since the outside area is a lot of fun and therefore opens up many more locations (higher demand).

Also, regarding Bobby. I texted him and he said while he won't be directly affiliated with the Wynn group, he can still accommodate any requests. same as before. Not sure how that will work in practice but those were his words.

We want a Tier 1 club but table location is not important. My simplest explanation to someone would be: I want to be in the best club, with anywhere to sit, for the cheapest spend.

Thinking about a cabana at Nightswim and after speaking to the group may just opt for the VIP card at Omnia. Anyone know if it's just asses and elbows on a Sunday night or can we catch a seat or high top outside?

Yes, that does help.

I did exactly that on one of my trips. I did VIP card at OMNIA one night (It was a Calvin night too) and I actually had a lot of fun. I'm not someone that needs to be in the center of the action so it worked out great because I stayed on the terrace for quite a while and then wondered inside right before Calvin went on and stayed on the periphery. You could still walk around and talk to people in the back so that worked for me.

Regarding Nightswim. I'd stay away from the Cabanas. They are so far removed from the action (too far in this case). We got a great location at a very reasonable price. They were the tables just outside the doors that are just on the other side of the walkway from the outside dance floor. Other people have also mentioned that location in the past as being some of the best value tables that night (or any night) for that matter.

Hit up Bobby right now and I'm sure he'd be able to give you a ballpark number on some stuff.
