Hip hop clubs in Las Vegas

I've been to Vegas a few times. With the exception of MayPac weekend, I've done bottle at EDM clubs. I've been to Chateau and 1OAK, but I've never been to Bank. Does anybody know of any other hip hop spots? Also, in your humble opinion(s), what is or are the best hip hop club(s)? Thanks.

There isn't one dedicated hip hop club on the strip. Some of them have more nights that have hip hop,mostly Drai's and Light these days. Hak, Omnia and Marquee have dedicated hip hop rooms.

But to list them: Drai's/Light, Tao, the hip hop side rooms, odd nights at other clubs.

I have heard Drais on Friday night is best. Not sure for Saturday night (Bank or 1Oak I assume)

One place to keep and eye on is Foxtail (pool and club) at the SLS hotel, but it is way down past Circus Circus. I went there and had a great time last summer at a pool party hosted by Ma$e.
This weekend they have Yo Gotti, Lil Wayne, Ty Dolla $ign, & Flo Rida.

Here's a quick vid I shot of Mase at the pool party. That day, there was a thunderstorm that chased half of the crowd away before he hit the stage, but those of us who had cabanas were surely not leaving cuz we were covered and had bottles to finish.

Foxtail is still coming up, but location is preventing them from drawing like they should. Worth keeping an eye on if you like hip hop. Plus SLS is a sweet hotel. IMO

Awww man the reverend performing at a pool party? Nice! I'll be there the last weekend in July so I'm keeping my options open. We're doing a cabana at Drai's or EBC during the day on Saturday so we'll be looking for a hip hop spot that night.

I'm not sure if Foxtail is ever going to "make it." It's too far, not over-the-top enough, and doesn't have the promotion behind it to really make it a top destination.

Well it's got guest listed free entry for even ratio list on both Friday and Saturday, so I don't think it necessarily has to "make it", all it has to do is be about as good as Tao Beach, and I'd say in some ways it succeeds and in others it fails. SLS is often one of the cheapest hotels on the entire strip and it's one of the closest cheap hotels to Encore. Foxtail will never be popular, but I could absolutely see going if they had the right DJ and if you are on a budget staying at SLS.

Being a "budget" destination though means less money spent on tables/alcohol.

I think the thing Tao/Tao Beach has going for itself is that it is located in a prime hotel. It will attract people to the club just from the people in the hotel that don't know any better regarding the other clubs. Foxtail/SLS doesn't have that capability.
