  • Friday 19th of April - 4 or 8 guys - XS/Tryst

    Hey all,

On the way back to Vegas for the third time in four years and cant wait to be back. I would be looking for a dancefloor table, as we always tend to go that way in the past.

Last time we booked Tryst through this site with Anthony Connolly who gave us a great price and an absolutely fantastic position. I understand that we would be dealing with different hosts now for both, but would be happy to hear any potential propositions.

If anyone has any other suggestions for Friday night - i would be happy to listen.

    Thanks

(just to clarify, we would be looking to hear 2 scenarios on each, once for four guys, and one for eight guys, as we may meet four friends in LV)

Avicii is at XS that night and dancefloor tables will be SERIOUS wedge. Tryst will be much cheaper. But I'm confused -- Avicii is EDM and Tryst will be hiphop that night, so what is your music preference? Or do you not care?

Contact Bobby Yeadon on 708.714.0280 - he can give you pricing info for both XS and Tryst.

Re places to go on Friday, everywhere in LV will be popping. It's Hakkasan's opening weekend, but that will be crazy money. Options other than Tryst where you could get a good deal for a dancefloor table are 1OAK/Haze (Joey Orr 586.873.4876), Hyde (Anthony Connelly 702.350.4070) or Tao (Chris Traer 702.510.5286). Just send a text around, ask for pricing and pull the trigger on the best deal.

If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

Thanks for the feedback. How good is Hyde on a friday? We have been to Tryst a couple of times, i am more a Hip Hop than a house guy, but ultimately we would be ok with either. 1OAK seems decent from what i can see, can anyone give me some info on the pros and cons of that venue?

1OAK is probably the best non-EDM venue currently. Joey Orr can probably sort you out with a main room table with a bottle deal (eg B2G1). I think that's a solid choice.

Hyde will also be good - you can't go wrong with either option tbh

Hyde, Anthony is there but 1Oak will have more hip-hop. I love both but 1Oak seems to have good energy on Fridays.
