Damn visually it looks great but I can't deal with bad vibes and riff raff. If I want that I can stay here and go up the street to Hollywood lol. Welp the new clubs are 0 for 2 looks like (Intrigue). XS and Omnia stay in my rotation.

All I know is I went to Haze a few times and I remember thinking they were shooting a scene from Boyz n the hood, maybe a remake or something. And I called before Jewel was opening up and specifically asked about the line to get in because I remember it being a shit show with little to no space. The woman on the phone said it would be the same as Haze, so things were not looing that promising. Although I do want to check it out for myself at some point.Comment

Went both Thurs and Fri (Jamie Foxx and Drake). Sorry I wasn't checking the board to confirm that Drake would be there on Fri, although honestly it was the worst-kept "secret" in a while.
Pros: Venue is visually beautiful. Love the new lighting and effects, has an Omnia feel to it (although obv not on the same level). Prefer smaller clubs so biased towards that.
Cons: Tables are tiny. Hadn't been to Haze in years but IIRC smaller than even the Haze tables. Even 12 at the bigger dance floors would feel pretty crowded. Very small partitions between tables as well, so a lot of fighting over space.
Jamie Foxx was awful btw.Comment

Had a dance floor table one night and a table by the DJ booth one night. The DJ booth tables are even smaller than the dance floor tables. To be fair, I don't like crowded tables at all so take that into consideration, but even 8 people at a DJ booth table is pushing it IMO.Originally posted by sgtbush View PostComment

Tier 1 - always a massive party, very expensive on Friday/Saturday: XS, Omnia, Hak, maybe Jewell but haven't been yet. Intrigue seems like its trying to be here too, but probably won't make it.
Tier 2 - always a good time, but some nights better than others. Not as expensive as tier one, and good deals during the week and sometimes even on weekends: Marquee, Drai's, Intrigue, maybe Jewell, Surrender, Hyde, Light, Tao
