Hi guys, me and five friends are coming over from the uk 14th June till the 21st. It's the first time for all of us so we literally don't know where to start with anything! We wanna make the most of it and get a few tables etc but we don't want people to take advantage. We've had a few quotes already for example drais on Thursday night is 3,700 dollars which includes six bottles... Tax is all included in that etc is that a good deal? Any kind of help or advice on who to contact, where to go (literally anything!) would be massively appreciated!

Not sure where that quote is coming from but its shit. Drais normally does two bottles of vodka for $600 so six bottle should be $1800+ tax/tip. BUT drais has no talent listed. Drais normally is hip hop focused. Lot of other parties that night.

Youve come to the right place mate. Im from London and go two or three times a year, let us know if you have questions.
The "deal" youve been given is a total rip off. Youre being stiched up. Ask questions here, book direct with hosts that you find on this site. It will quite literally save you thousands. Takes time, but planning is the key to Vegas. Do not whatever you do try to wing it and "play it by ear".
So - Tuesday through Tuesday. This is what i'd do
Tues: Omnia
Omnia is the king of Vegas right now and its bucks for tables. Get round this by going Tuesday night for their industry night. You should get a spot for $2k - $3k in the main room with any luck. Weekends you can double that at least so go on a Tuesday night
Hyde is also excellent Tuesday nights and will be cheaper
Weds: Light
Light's a fucking fantastic club - but you HAVE to have a Dancefloor/Tier 1 table. Do not get a tier 3 or Mezzanine table, youll spend the time watching everyone else have fun and that sucks! Table will be around $2k - $3k
Thurs: EBC @ Night
So alot of people will champion Hakkasan thursday nights. Alot of people except me. I think its a fucking shocking club. Go to Encore Beach at Night. Night time pool party. Something different and you have enough nights to play with. Its also great there going in General Admission as its a pool party so no need for the costs of a table
Friday: XS or Intrigue
Anywhere. But i'd go to Intrigue at Wynn or XS. Expect $3k upwards.
Saturday: XS or Marquee
Anywhere again. Try Marquee. Its not cheap though. Expect $4k I imagine for main room
Sunday: Drais
Drais. They do 2 bottles for $600 on Sunday nights. Take advantage of that and get 4 for $1200 between the six of you
Monday: XS
XS is the king on Monday nights. Only one place to be. Deal here on Mondays - 2 bottles for $695.
Pool Parties are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You have to visit Encore Beach Club and Marquee Day Club. They are the best two. Wet Republic is very popular particularly with Brits but for me doesnt have the wow factor of MDC and EBC. Also worth checking out are Tao Beach and Drais.
Mondays is Bare which is the only lively party outside the weekend.

I've never been during EDC week, I always plan to go the week BEFORE EDC, cuz I'm not a fan of huge crowds. I would check out Surrender on Wednesday... I've always had a good time there. Also, you'll hear a lot about Nightswim- that is a nighttime pool party at XS on Sunday nights. For me, that is a must do event.
Surrender, Nightswim, Drais, a part of Omnia are outside, which I absolutely love... But keep it in mind when you dress for the evening. Vegas in June is HOT, even at night. If you put on a suit, or a sport coat, you'll look awesome until you pass out from the heat, or take off your jacket and have sweat through your shirt. Night time pool parties are great for this reason, you can cool off in the pool and get away with dressing in swimwear at a nightclub.
Most of the places I like play EDM, but if Hip Hop is more your thing, speak up and I'm sure other folks can chime in on where are the best places for that. I know Drais is more Hip Hop, and both Omnia and Hakkasan have Hip Hop within the club... So does Marquee, I believe.
I think Drais has a nighttime pool party on Tuesdays, but as someone said above, if you want to go to Omnia, it will be much cheaper there on Tuesday. Either way, have a blast!!
One other thing before I go.... I've been going to Vegas for years and have noticed something about groups of British dudes.... This may or may not apply to you, but...Y'all have a tendency to get really wasted and start touching your mates... ALOT. I'm all for dudes being affectionate, but to American women, sometimes this can come across as... gay. Ain't nothing wrong with that, but if you are looking to maybe hook up with some ladies, just be mindful of that... and be sure to wear longer swim trunks... Anything that hits mid-thigh will mark you immediately as foreign and/or liking dudes... Just a note from a lady... really, TRUST ME on this. American women will LOVE your accent, so keep talking! Have a fantastic time... drink some water sometimes... and don't forget your sunscreen!Comment

I was in your shoes this time last year - Vegas virgin from London charged with organising the clubs and not knowing where to start! This site is an absolute gold mine of info for the un-initiated....by the time we got there I felt like I had been to Vegas before because of the help of the guys on here.
I echo what Tommo said and go with direct hosts - It's a bit more work but worth it. Not only will it save you money but I found that they're more transparent and open than the 3rd party hosts I initially spoke to. Also, if you plan on returning to Vegas you'll be able to build a relationship with that host for future visits.

I love the British men in Vegas with their little print shorts, they have so much style! Plus they are generally so nice and polite and have tons of energy and appreciation for Vegas and the amazing summer weather. The shorts are conversation starters... (The accent seals the deal. haha) One year we met this big Bachelor party from London and the groom had bright gold shorts!
