Vegas Bachelor Party 5th - 9th May 2016 (Cinco de Mayo/ Fight Weekend) Itinerary help

Hi Guys,

I'm heading out to Vegas for my bachelor party. We will be a group of 16, i've been putting together some quotes for clubs/pool parties. Could someone take a look at our itin and let me know if the table locations/venues for the prices are reasonable? If anyone has any other suggestions/advice on clubs and locations which would fit a group of our size please let me know

Please see below - Day, Club, Location (tablenum), Minimum spend, All in total
i've also attached a pic as well which may be a bit easier to read.

Thursday 5th May - Drais - Dancefloor table - $5000min - $7300 all in inc tips/host shake etc
Friday 6th May - Wet Republic - Deluxe Cabana - $4000min - $5800 all in inc tips/host shake etc
Friday 6th May - XS - Main room large 3rd tier (380/390/480/490) - $6000min - $8600 all in inc tips/host shake etc OR Hakkasan - Main room large 3rd tier (31/32) - same price
Saturday 7th May - Omnia - Main room large 2nd tier (24/25) - $8000min - $11400 all in inc tips/host shake etc
Sunday 8th May - Encore beach club - Upper level bungalow (5/6/7/8) - $5000 min - $7300 all in inc tips/host shake etc
Sunday 8th May - XS Nightswim - Cabana - $3500min $7300 all in inc tips/host shake etc

Talk about going out big time!! Congrats on the upcoming wedding.

The only thing for me that I would look at doing differently is EBC Sunday Upper Level Bungalow. IMHO the upper level takes you out of the action vs being on the main level. This is just my personal preference and I'm sure others will chime in.

I would rather go 2 large beach couches next to each other, online they are showing $2100 per which walks in 8 people each, and be more in the mix on the pool level. I figure everyone will be bouncing in and out of the pool and such and not all hanging around the couches all day. Plus quicker access to refilling the drinks and such being closer to the pool vs the up and down the stairs to get to the bungalow to do the same thing.

Just a thought.

Are they direct quotes or ?
With fight weekends sometimes the clubs quote high and it scares people off and they drop down.
But these quotes are even higher then whats posted online right now!!
Its not like MayPac but if you want an idea here are the posts from last year

In terms of schedule
For Thursday night Calvin Harris at Hakkasan is going to draw a big crowd. You can probably get mezzanine for $4000 that would be around 6 bottles.
Drais online has dance floor and stage for $3000 paired with 2 for 600 vodka your looking like 10 bottles but Calvin Harris a much bigger draw.
Even think about EBC at night pool party for even less.

Friday day: Wet has cabanas and bungalows with pools.
That quote is really high for 100. Compare to Marquee online they have Grand cabanas with pool for $4000 probably less direct.

Thanks for your feedback it's been very helpful

These quotes are from a VIP company, they're definitely more expensive than going direct to the hosts, however with so many of us it makes it easier for us having just 1 point of contact and to have someone else do the running. From what I worked out I think it was working out maybe $40 cheaper per person per night going directly to a host.

Thursday Drai's - The price has changed since I last updated my sheet. Most of the group seem to be set on the music in Drai's over Calvin, so now we're looking at 2x Upper Dancefloor tables 2k min each ($5800 all in). I was told by one of the hosts that as of now the club is quoting straight minimums for this night they're not sure if they will be running the bottle specials, If they are running the specials then great

Friday day I will look into the options at Marquee, as I thought the quote for Wet Republic was a bit high as well, but I don't really have any point of reference for Wet Republic. looking on the website at a grand cabana with a 4k min they only have a capacity of 15.

Sunday EBC - The min which was quoted to us was also 4k ($5800 all in), $350 more than the website. However I asked if we could raise this to 5k thinking that if we're going to be there the whole a slightly bigger tab would be good. Also what do you think the atmosphere would be like on the upper level on a busy weekend like that?

Sunday nightswim - thanks for the quote, again I had no other point of reference so it's good to have another quote, Do you know what bottle specials would be available at XS for nightswim?

$40 x 16 x 6 is around $4000
very easy to deal direct and they are in the same business of getting you good table and making sure your happy

Just checked the Drai's website and it's TI so you have a great deal if it sticks. Since the nightclub went to mostly concerts this year the pricing won't be as cheap as it was most of last year, and the bottle deals are harder to come by on those nights.

They may have specials, but expect higher prices, less options, and they may not be available at all table locations.
