5 guys traveling to Vegas Feb. 25th to 28th. Some of the guys have low funds so I would like to know opinions on these club crawls I've read about. Are they worth it if you are not looking to do bottle service? If so, can anyone recommend a specific one? Thanks!

Sin City Club crawl wasn't a bad experience. We did it because we had a few new people that wanted to see more for less. Check Groupon as they usually have deals for this one.
My problem with it is you are in and out of clubs since you are hitting 3 in a 4 hour time frame max.
I prefer to do pre sale when tables are not an option and I just read Hakkasan has a VIP card package you can purchase for both Hakkasan and Omnia. Might be an option to reduce funds and see 2 of the top clubs in Vegas. I would prefer Omnia over Hakkasan due to I feel Hakkasan is set up more for table service. I have not gone to Omnia yet but have not read any real complaints regarding the layout there.

Ya, I have never done one of the crawls, but similar to kp above, I would recommend pre-sale over crawl. What happens if you meet some nice girls at the first stop? You bail on the rest of the crawl? I'd pick one spot and set up shop for the night, try a new spot the next night. You also get to pick which clubs to go to that way, I believe most of the crawls are set up with some less popular spots, but I could be wrong.Originally posted by hgil1976 View PostComment

Agreed with ponch above. I've never done one of the crawls in Vegas either but I've never been to a club and after 1 hr thought "ok, I'm ready to check out someplace else". In my experience (with table or without table) one place each night is all I want.Comment

I did one of the Groupon party bus crawls on one of my earliest visits and wouldn't recommend it.
We ended up in a pretty small group and out drank them all on the bus and then watched them get so drunk at one of the earlier stops that various members of each group got KO'd and had to taxi home. The bars, lounges, and clubs were B or C list at best so if you are on Jack Colton you can arrange a more fun time on your own.
Only reason I'd ever say to do a pub crawl is if there were actually smaller unique clubs that were worth going to on the schedule such as The Act (closed) or Rose. Rabbit. Lie. (not a club anymore). Sadly anything smaller than a megaclub hasn't survived lately.
I'd do presale tickets or convince 5 girls to come with you guys and then guest list.Comment

We did the Sin City Club Crawl and had a blast.... We went to Drais, Tryst and Chateau but I was pooped after shuffling at Drais and pole dancing on the bus so idk... ITs definitely an easy way to check out deals also try code: 050 or Y1 to get it cheaper

I think I've posted this in the past but these crawls have their pluses and minuses. It is really dependent on the group you paired are with. If you are solo or a small group of single guys, its a great way to meet ladies if you are lucky enough to have a good group of them on the crawl because you get a chance to talk throughout the night without having to yell the entire time. I once went on one with a couple friends and there was a wild group of woman from Canada on the crawl as well. Easily one of the best non-table service club nights in all my trips to vegas. I've also been on one crawl that sucked. I was solo hoping to use it as a way to meet people as I have in the past. The other people on the crawl were basically two big groups of couples. Each group kept to themselves and didn't interact with the rest of the group. It ditched it at the 3rd stop and just stayed at Light.Vegas Trip count: 32Comment

Agree with sh_ ... small groups of single guys then yeah would recommend really, if it is on a fairly busy night such as a weekend the crawl will usually have a fair few ladies etc on there. If you get put with a fun group then you can have a blast. I did the World Crawl or Vegas Crawl whatever it calls itself now and had a really good time, usually do it one of the nights I am in Vegas. Always had fun with a great group of people, you can't really go wrong with them I would say. from experience. Depends where you go too, if the itinerary for the night is decent places then they are worth it.Comment

Thanks for the input so far guys and gals! The vip bar card sounds like a great way to get into one of the hottest clubs and you get a drink credit. Has anyone done it before or is this something new from the Hakkasan Group?
My other concern is that from what I hear, Hakkasan and Omnia, which are the clubs offering the vip card, are mostly EDM and the majority of the guys, if not all like more hip hop, old school hip hop and maybe some top 40. I think most of the club crawls go to mostly clubs that cater to that. Am I right or wrong? Opinons???Comment

If you are going that route, I would just do pre-sale tickets. In my opinion the only reason to do the crawl is to meet new people and have a good time with a new group of people.Vegas Trip count: 32Comment

Might want to think less about the musical preference of your guys and more about the crowd/vibe you are looking for. In general, EDM pulls in the better looking crowds in Vegas. Top 40/hip hop is technically reserved for the lower end clubs or occasionally at Drais when they have a performer. Tell your boys to think less about the music and more about the experience.
