What are your thoughts on Surrender?

please let me know your thoughts on Surrender. And if we offered specials to jc users, what would you like to see.

I got a table on a wedensday night my last out a few months back and had a great time. I would definitely go again, will be back in April so may give it a look again. Had a good looking crowd when I was there.

I thinks few months back you posted some specials. It'd be nice for the deals to just be for standard or premium bottles instead of specifying vodka, fireball, patron like the old one. I'm a whiskey drinker friend. I always include a vodka bottle because it's good for most people but that second bottle needs to be whiskey for me.

Used to be one of my favorites, still one of my favorites for tier 2. Replaces Tryst in my mind now that Tryst is being revamped as Intrigue. Agree with Squats, I've seen bottle specials here and elsewhere that include vodka and fireball, etc. but would like to see some more flexibility. I would rather buy 4 bottles of my choosing and get one free than have to take a specific set of bottles, one of which is trash like Fireball that I have no interest in drinking for $15/bottle from the liquor store, let alone at the club.

Personally I would also like to see some specials specifically for two or more tables, but that's probably only because I'm planning a double bachelor party for 30+ dudes at the moment.

I love Surrender, but haven't been in a while because prices are so high and there are so many other options for that kind of money. If it was priced more like Tryst I'd definitely go again. I'd jump on XS's Monday deals on Surrender Wednesday, and something like b2g1 or 2goose2champ for $895 on weekends.

I go every now and then. It used to be one of my favorite places. Lately the talent they've been bringing does not necessarily reflect my musical taste, but I still think it's an awesome spot.

I am planning to head back on a Friday night in April with a large group - maybe 20 to 25 guys. What do you think I'm looking at in terms of tables? 2 tables enough - I'm not sure how many the "main room" tables can fit? Also for a "mid-range" type DJ on a Friday night, any ballpark ideas for what table mins might be? Thanks as always!

If you have a decent host, you can prob pull off 1-1.5k per main room table X 2 considering how many dudes you have. I forget if you were with me a couple of invasions ago for Dillon Francis when I blacked out. Pretty sure our min was 1k for that table.

Alright cool, thanks for the info. 1.5k x2 doesn't sound bad at all (although with that many guys we would clearly blow through that min pretty quickly).

Nothing wrong with Surender, but the set up inside always feels a bit weird. That said no one is turning away bottle specials.

I've only been in the summer on Wed... It's become my favorite Wed spot. Lots of space, get to be outside, plenty of entertainment watching girls try to get up on the poles outside. However, my experience as a woman is probably much different than dudes who pay for tables. I know a guy who has tables on Wed for women (mostly) where we can go and chill and drink free champagne. It's usually the first day I'm in town and is a nice way to gear up for the weekend. That being said, I'd love to meet up with other JC members... Any time I can meet like minded lovers of the happiest place on earth, I'm down.

I love the venue, as long as you have a DF table, or a table in the 30s. Their DJ talent is excellent, and if the price is right, I'd go there even more...
