Recommendations for 6-8 guys - February 18 or 19?

I am looking to visit a club with a group of 6-8 guys (exact number tbc) from the UK on Thursday 18, or Friday 19 February. We have varying budgets, but after reading on here I am keen to do it right and get a table / bottle service at least for one night. However, being from the UK this is all new to us so I am sure there are some guys on here who can help me out

The primary idea is to experience a proper Vegas club and everything that comes with it. It doesn't have to be the biggest and best night of the year, we arent going to get too upset if we don't see specific DJs etc, but it should give us a taste of what Vegas is all about - which is why I am flexible about Thursday or Friday

Budget varies for each party member, but I would think somewhere in the region of $1.5-2k all in would be doable for us - am I wasting my time? or is this budget realistic?

Any recommendations from the experts on here? Ive learnt a lot reading on here but I thought why not dive in and ask the experts

Hi mate,

Thats not enough for 6-8 guys if you want bottle service.

Firstly, bare in mind tax/grat is about 30%. So a 2k minimum is in fact about $2750. For that $2k you'd get 3 bottles and change (bottles around $6-700).

Secondly, that much booze will be gone in no time between 8 guys. Once you factor in women youre looking at those bottle disappearing quick as a flash.

Thirdly, this is Vegas. $200 per person quite simply doesnt cut it if you want to do this properly, ive said on other threads that if you want to do bottle service at clubs dont expect much change from $500 per night per person. You're looking at spending circa £130 quid per bloke. You need to at least double that and youll still probably spend more

The biggest mistake i see people make is under budget. You have to be honest with yourself else you just come home to stupid credit card bills.

The ONLY option you have to spend such a budget is to go on an industry night where you get deals like buy 1 get 1 free on bottles. You can swing that on thursday where you could potentially do the deal at Drais for 2 bottles for $600. ($900 or so after tax/grat). You might be able to do two of those so have 4 bottles between you all for $1800?

Thats your only option - Hak is open Thursday and you might be able to swing a deal but I doubt it. Tryst used to be a solid thursday option for good deals but sadly its closed till the 28th April where it re-opens as Intrigue.

So - in answer to your question - yes your budget is low and you WILL spend more. However you could get the vegas experience at Drais, but only on a Thursday night. Friday is out of the question at all the clubs with that budget, with the exception of places like LAX, LiFE, and Chateau - but you dont wanna go there.

Thanks for that tomm0; I thought that might be the case but I was just hopeful for some of the guys who probably dont have a suitable budget. Maybe I will just need to lose a few of them and take a smaller group to Drais on Thursday with a more realistic budget

I disagree with the above poster slightly. 2k all in is doable. You wont be at Omnia or anything but you can still have a good club experience. My last trip I was at Tao in the main room with a good table on a Saturday night for 1800 all in. We had two bottles for 7 guys, I think one was the magnum or extra large bottle whatever they are called. This did us just fine for the night and I consider the crew relatively heavy drinkers. I have been doing a little reaearch on my upcoming trip and you can do Light 2 bottles for 1820 all in straight from their website (granted table location not guaranteed).

If you could get to 400/person for 8 guys which would be 3200, I bet you could possibly make something work at XS along backwall? might be tight but worth a shot.

7 guys and two bottles? it gets you in and everything, but your drink would last no more than two hours surely!? I mean if you were seriously tight on the measurements and gave each guy almost bang on 50ml measures then thats 5 drinks over the course of the whole evening. And you'd be inside by 11 latest... so one drink per hour!?!?!?!

Lets be realistic here. You're in Vegas, youre in a club thats going off. There's girls all over the place. Are we honestly now saying that its an option to have 5 drinks in 5 hours?

Friday head to marquee and get the $500 bottles of cheap vodka and you'll have 2-3 bottles. depending if you are doing 1k or 1.5k min spend.
Pre-game a good amount so you have a nice buzz going into the club both nights and alcohol won't be an issue. Both those venues will provide a big venue feel and you will be in the main room.

You guys are gonna be inviting girls back to the table? Make their drinks light until you know they aren't bottle rats. Don't let the girls pour themselves.
