  • March 11-12 weekend - bottle service

hey all - I have a crew of about 12 guys (late 20s) heading to Vegas the weekend of March 11-134h for a bachelor party. I have a couple questions, hoping someone can help!

We are looking to have dinner and then hit up a club for bottle service on Saturday the 12th. I am guessing that with a group of 12 guys for bottle service we are still going to have to wait in some sort of line...thoughts?

Which is why I think the Tao dinner/nightlife package (http://taodn.electrostub.com/event.c...id=159206&cart) might be a good option, since we will already be inside. Has anyone ever done this? Is it solid?

I also notice that Guetta is at XS on the 12th, which looks like a good option. I have done bottle service at the day clubs but never at the nightclubs. Anyone have any suggestions for a March club?

Is my assumption correct that 12 guys for bottle service will still have to wait in a line?

The only line is to actually pay and get seated. You won't be standing in the pre sale line or such if that is what you mean.

Personally I am over Guetta so I don't even bother with him anymore. He draws but it also costs. 12 peeps will limit the locations and definitely increase the cost.

With Tao 1 bottle for 12 will be gone in minutes, assuming you can have 12 in on the deal, so now you'll have to add on bottles and such. Better off just talking to the hosts first and see what they can do for your group and go from there IMHO.

No my man. You will not need to stand in any line to get inside (other than security to pat you guys down). I never understood why people stand in "Table Reservation" lines. What are they even for??

      It's straight forward:

      1. Contact a reputable host sometime in mid-late february.
      2. Tell him how many people you got, and what your table options are. Get quotes. Haggle a little bit and tell him you'll take care of him very well when you see him.
      3. Get to the club around 11:30pm.
      4. Call your host and he'll tell you to walk up to the ropes. He will then greet you there and walk you in within minutes.

That's it. Once you're in, shake his hand, shake the security's hand, shake the bussboy's hand, and you're good to go.

As for the event, I'd say do Guetta. I agree he is probably over-rated (who isn't in Vegas?), but that just means he attracts the finer crowds. It'll make for a better and more rowdy bachelor party.

I'm flying in around 7 on the 12th. If you need an extra to pull costs down let me know.
