Vegas in April

Sorry if this post really eats away at people because of my overall noob - ness;

Heading to Vegas in April with 9 x 25 year old boys. I've been once before and didn't really know what I was doing then and now I have the pleasure of organising everything and have held off my longest without having to post here.
I've scoured the threads and tried to find all the information I need, but I've either missed it or can't find it. I have a few questions I was hoping could be answered;

- From all accounts, it seems as everyone pre books table service prior to arriving for there trip. Is this a must?
- Will 9 men get in to a club without having booked service?
- When, roughly will all the events for around April be announced?

First, no worries, not really a lot of judgment here, we all had to start somewhere, good questions.

1. No, you don't HAVE to pre-book it, but it makes the experience go much smoother. Most place s will still have a few tables left the day of or even when you arrive, but you are taking a risk by putting it off. You also may get stuck with a crappy table location if you wait til the last minute, unless you are a REALLY good tipper, which tends to fix things for procrastinators!

2. Yes 9 men will get in without table service if you buy pre-sale tix. You can find these online in a variety of places, check the clubs website. That said, I think a group of 9 dudes would have a miserable experience without a table.

3. Usually early Feb for most places, though the Wynn properties have their lineups out now.

I would recommend doing tables if you can. Just makes it easier for you overall with 9 blokes

I'd figure out what your budget is. FYI, for a decent table, expect to spend around 400 per person (minimum for decent table and going up from there)

If this isn't in your budget, discuss if you'd rather have a lesser table or just go pre sale.

Being new your best option is probably pre-sales. If you can't do 3-600 each per night for tables...

I went in April last year and I remember scoping out wantickets around late February and early March. I honestly would recommend a club crawl one night to knock out a few clubs in one night. The girls usually get on the poles and have fun (at least we did) and it's easy club access. We did Sin City Club Crawl (Drais, Tryst and Chateau) I could have just stayed at Drais but I really wanted to see Tryst. Beautiful place even though it's close for a revamp.

GSL the 400 number should be all in depending on your table location preferences. Depending on night, club, and Dj the table one night could be $1000 all in or $3500 the next night

400 all in/person. What you're probably looking at is a table min of 2400-2500 plus tax and tip of 28% = 3100-3200. Plus you need to factor in a handshake of 300-500 which brings its to approx 3500. The table will probably be able to get in 6-7 people so you'll have to get a min of 2 presale tickets adding an additional 80-100. so you're looking at around 3600 all in.

I wonder the exact date in April Jewel in Aria is opening. That may be a good option. I'm starting to steer cleer of who the DJ is considering if you play deep house for me its gonna be a good night no matter what. lol

Good DJs., but that's just my opinion. Jewell around open would probably be a place to avoid for tables until prices settle.

What's your budget looking like? Which days/nights of the week are you there? We can probably help recommend a couple places to check out to keep costs down, or if your budget is big enough, the best places to go.

In my opinion - I'd rather be at Tao/Hyde/1OAK/etc. with a table than Omnia/Hak/XS general admission, especially with a group of 9 guys. But there are some decent options for general admission - and some places to avoid - if that's all you can swing.

I'm generally 100% opposed to club crawls, but there are a few select situations in which they work.
