April 19th - April 22nd EDM Heavy Itinerary (Feedback Wanted)

Not Vegas noobs, but upping the ante as far as partying goes. We will most likely NOT be doing BS anywhere, but if we do it would be with a tight budget for Saturday night ($700-$800 for 4/5 guys). I have been in contact with a host and will see if BS is a possibility. We are early 20s guys "balling on a budget" so we will get presales for all the events and pregaming like champs.

4 or maybe 5 guys staying @ Cosmo Wraparound Terrace.

Friday Day - Arrive
Friday Night - Hardwell (Hakkasan)
Saturday Day - Angello (Encore Beach Club)
Saturday Night - Angello (XS)
Sunday Day - Deadmau5 (Wet Republic)
Sunday Night - Tommy Trash (Hakkasan)

Wish we could fit in Avicii somewhere, but Hardwell and Deadmau5 have priority over him. It's a huge bummer Marquee wasn't able to get any decent DJs for us to check out, not just that weekend but for the entire year it seems.

Anyone else doing it, or have done it, like we are?

If you are on a budget I'd look into some wristbands for the April Invasion (18-22).

$60 and you would have access to:

Friday Day: Liquid
Friday Night: Haze
Saturday Day: ???
Saturday Night: ACT
Sunday Day: Rehab
Sunday Night: The Bank
Monday Day: Bare
Monday Night: XS

Not sure what time you guys get in Friday or leave Monday so I put those in too.

Even if you add in Hakkasan Friday or Sunday, EBC Saturday Day, and WET Sunday Day you still get ACT, Haze or Bank, and Friday Day + all of Monday's events if you're still around for $60 with zero line. You also get a mix of all the venues and almost all of the DJs. EDM is pretty much the norm at any club as you probably already know so you will get your fix.

Just an idea. If you keep your script then it sounds like it should be a good time. Hakk will most likely be crazy and the DJ list is solid for your lineup. I'm not sure about an $800 table at Hakk but worth a shot anyway. You could also try setting a table up in the April Invasion forum since you guys may not be the only group looking to check out Hakk or get a table at any of those venues around those dates.

Get crazy regardless of what you choose.

Nice plan but I would have a look at ticket onsale this Friday, March 29 at 10 a.m. PST. See what Hakkasan is going to be charging for entry! You should go to the event you want but if the entry price is 2x comparable it might be worth skipping.

For example:
Friday Day: use your hotel key to get free entry to Marquee Day to check it out- you said your not noobs but might as well get some benefit out of the cosmo.
Friday night: if Hardwell entry $ is similar to Avicii check out Hardwell but if its 2x might do Avicii or even free entry to Benny at Marquee.

Saturday Day:depends on how much you like Steve/what happens with Hardwell night before but might go Wet- $85 entry is pretty high though.
Saturday Night - Angello (XS)

Sunday Day - Deadmau5 (Wet Republic) depends how big a fan you are- $85 entry again is pretty high compared with $50 for encore beach.
Sunday Night - Tommy Trash (Hakkasan)

Not sure if you have done pool/nightclub same day before but depending on how much you drink/are in the sun......
Also not sure what your paying for the room but if really want to "ball on a budget" you might think about staying somewhere cheaper because your not going to be spending much time at all in the room. For example cosmo charges $25 a night resort fee you can get a "regular" room in vegas for around $35 a night total with no fee.

We don't plan on doing anything Friday during the day but just chill until night. If we commit to Hakkasan, or any other pool party/club, no way we'd hop from place to place. With that said, and with us leaving Monday morning, April Invasion would be pointless.

I never considering the cost of presale tickets for Hakkasan. I assumed since Wet was $75 that it would be the same. That price is fine to us, but if it's $100+ we may have second thoughts. It just hit me too, we are dropping a total of $300-$375 entry per event, couldn't I just contact a host and get a handshake set up for like $200? Or since it's big name DJs/opening weekend it would be difficult to pull off, or maybe a gamble on our part?

We got a sweet deal for the room at Cosmo, so we're good with that.
